"Tell then we might be troubled to give manned help however we have plenty of resources we could use to help fund their cause and subsequent rebuilding." Hiruzen says knowing trade from that nation will benefit them greatly.

"And then she swung this massive scythe and cut the sword in half!" Naruto says retelling the tale of Kyra fighting Zabuza.

"We might not be able to send ninjas to aid your cause but resources are of no issue. Hokage is sending ANBU to discuss with her and work our a deal." Kyra says before Zabuza hands her another scroll.
