He was tall and had cold eyes.
"In just a few seconds, she annihilated the rogues. . . In terms of power alone, she'd be close to the equivalent of a 2nd class adventurer but that may not even be her true ability."
Baron Marz, sitting comfortably in his huge chair, turned his attention to their steward.
"Well, what do you think Sneigen?"
"She is just a filthy, ominous, and disgusting cursed child. It'd be best to kick her out at dawn tomorrow."
Sneigen said so without hiding his displeased expression.
"I can't stand the fact that Emmy is currently breathing the same air as me as well as sleeping just a few doors down."
"Oi, even if you're ungrateful that's still rude to say to your benefactor, right?"
"No, I am just spitting facts about the cursed child. Besides, her story is too ridiculous. A child sleeping in the forests and eating bugs? No child can survive that! She's lying and that's suspicious! I won't let you guys get closer to it."

Ima reprimanded the irate servant whose voice had begun to become louder and louder.
The steward lowered his head and made his mouth quiver.
Originally, he was a servant of Ima's house before she married Baron Marz and followed her after Ima cut ties with her family.
His loyalty is for Ima rather than the Salah family.
Sneigen is good at his job, he just has problems he likes to share out loud.
"Ima, what do you think of Emmy?"
After she was asked, Baroness Ima thought for a while before opening her mouth.
"Well, as Sneigen said, her backstory seems a little nonsensical but I don't think it's about her lying to hide something or anything else like that."
Baron Marz nodded at his wife's opinion.
"She seems to have difficulty conversing as well."
Emmy had meant to tell them everything except for her reincarnation but in fact, her explanation really didn't help at all.
It was difficult to understand because her vocabulary was so limited and what she said was so fragmentary4This part stumped me a bit but I think the author is saying that Emmy said stuff out of the blue like she could be talking about her master when she starts talking about the snake thing and didn't make sense.

"I'm not sure. . . She's expressionless and silent but that could just be from lack of interaction with others. Emmy also doesn't seem to have mood swings either. Even though she is a child, she doesn't care if she kills people."
". . . If Emmy was going to be an adventurer, that quality is a necessity."
"Let's not say too much. . . I-I'm grateful to her for saving me from those bandits. . . But. . ."

"That means that we're being targeted for whatever reason. Since this is the case, I have to keep my wife and child safe."
