In an open field near a forest, you can see two people clashing with each other. Both of their swords are covered with flames but one of their sword and body were also covered with thunder.
They were moving with the speed that a normal person won't be able to see their fight. Those two were of course Shizu and Ryuu.
Both of their swords continued to clash, it seems like Shizu was in the advantage and focusing more on attacking while Ryuu was in the defense.
Ryuu did a flame and thunder slash with his sword but that was blocked by Shizu using flame walls. They she quickly increased her speed and arrived in front of Ryuu and did a vertical slash toward him.
Ryuu quickly used his sword to block it, but it was cleanly cut in half. Seeing that Ryuu increased the covering of Redirecting Cloak in his body. His body took a purple glow and took the attack.
But instead of redirecting like normal it began to slice through it like hot knife through butter. It was obviously due to her unique skill Degenerate.
Degenerate
· Synthesis: Transform two differing targets into a single object. Can be used to merge Skills together, evolving them into new skills. More than one Skill can be acquired from the merging depending on the combination used.
· Separation: Release the properties inherent to the target and make it into a separate object.
Or more specifically the sub skill Separation due to which the redirecting cloak was separated into pure energy only.
Seeing his defense mechanism fail he didn't panic but use the pure energy separated to propel him backward. Like this her attack missed and a new distance was created between them. Both of them stared each other in silence.

Ryuu Pov
I take a deep breath and look at Shizu in front of me. If I hadn't dodged that attack it could have been fatal. Her unique skill is as strong as I thought. And as for her swordsmanship using Sage Eyes and Sage Wisdom, I can say that it is a mixture of three or more forms of swordsmanship.
Two must be Chronoa and Leon while the other she integrated to better her swordsmanship. Though I won't use this form, but it will help me create my own form as the one I currently have was never meant to kill. You could kill using it, but it was taught for the purpose of killing.
After having our stair down for a while, I create another wind sword but this time instead of covering it with flames I started to increase the winds vibration and also started to increase the heat contained in the sword.
As I did the sword started to make some sound and the color of it changed to yellow. Shizu didn't move from her place and let me finish. I covered my body in an even greater level of electricity and created hundred wind needle floating behind me.
Seeing that Shizu came in her stance and greatly increased the flame covering her sword. She also started to cover her body with flames.
I threw all the wind needle at once toward her. Some of them changed direction and now she is being attacked from all direction. She stared to parry all those needles seeing that I also charged at her in a matter of second I reached her position and attacked her.
Sher quickly parried my blow while using her flames to destroy the remaining needles. I quickly did another attack and followed it by another.
There was a look of surprise in her face as my current fighting style was different from before. But as an experienced adventurer she is she quickly calmed down and adapted to my new fighting style. But I didn't relent and continued to attack.
Our fight has been going on for hours and I can say that she is stronger than she was shown in the anime. Our battle continued as we moved from place to place.
And finally, our battle ended with my defeat as a sword was pointed in my neck. Seeing that I put my hands up in surrender. My sword had just been sliced and I was out of energy while she still had some left. Even though I had more energy I also used it more than her. Especially to increase my physical strength up to her level.
"I guess I lost, you are very strong Shizu san"
"You are also, and you were able to improve yourself mid battle too so I know you will surpass me in the near future."
"Thank you for the compliment Shizu san but can you take the sword away as its not the best felling having a sword near the neck."
"Ah sorry about" she said in an apologetic tone with a embarrassed face. She quickly put the sword in its sheath.
"Haha no worries about that" saying that I stared to remove dust from my clothes.
"So Shizu san when will we reach the nearest city."
"We should reach it by tomorrow then we can have you be registered to the adventure guild."
"Ah yes I wonder what rank will I get"?
"You should be able to get at least B rank."
"And you said you also had to meet your students."

In this continent you can see a frozen palace and at one of the balconies of that palace you can see two people sitting in a chair made of ice while sipping tea.
One of them was a handsome tall man with blood red eyes as stars of gold and silver dancing in them. His wavy, burning hair is a deep shade of rouge. He was of course Guy Crimson and the person opposite to him can be said be someone on same if not greater rank than him.
She has a child-like appearance and appears no older than a girl in high school. She has fair skin, deep blue eyes, and long, glossy pearl-white hair tied into twin-tails reaching her waist. Her attire consists of a two tone off-shoulder dress – white and blue. She is wearing detached white sleeves and knee-high blue boots.
That person is none other than Velzard or generally known as Frost Queen Velzard one of the four true dragons in the world.
"So Velzard, is it time for his awakening" Guy asked Velzard in a serious tone.
"I don't know Guy it should be around this century" Velzard replied but she too had a serious expression.
"Hah so you also know very little huh. I just remembered his existence a millennia ago" Guy said with a frustrated tone.
"Guy how much do you remember" Velzard asked while sipping her tea.
"I only know he existed except that I don't know anything. Who he was, What he was, Nothing"
"I guess its as excepted even we true dragons only know he existed, His gender and the fact that he was a true Dragon" said Velzard while sighing.
"So Doesn't Velgrynd also only know this much."
"Yes, it's the case."
"What about Veldanava" as those word was spoken by Guy Velzard released a strong aura which killed every being in a one-kilometer radius from her.
"Guy, I told you we can't talk about his existence" Velzard said with a very serious tone.
"I know sorry about that but only you and I know about that. Didn't he tell you that."
"He should have told me about him, but I don't remember when as he also asked me to help you."
"Yes, I wonder why he told us to create a very strong army. Except Black all other also are creating it without knowing the reason for it." Guy said while sipping his tea.
"Luminous should also know about him correct" Velzard asked Guy.
