After the phone call, everyone in the room started to talk about the surgery that the little child need to go through. They all hope that the doctors that would perform it would agree to go to country J ahead of time of their supposed to be arrival. Ken remained quiet as he looks at his son who is still sleeping. Dr. Akifumi notices his son being too quiet as if he is bothered about something.
"Ken, everything would be alright, Tsuki will get well after his surgery," said Dr. Akifumi
"I hope so too mom, Tsuki is too young to go through this hardship. At his age, he should be playing around with his older brother, enjoying his young age but look at his mom. He is sleeping in a hospital bed with a pending surgery on his brain and heart. I…I don't know how am I supposed to say this to Yuki" it is visible in Ken's voice how worried he is for his son.
"I know but we don't hold the life nor the destiny of anyone even your child. Ken, we are doctors and what we do is save the lives of the people in need of medical attention. Right now Tsuki needs us even if we are not the ones who will do the surgery. He needs his family to support him every step of the way until he gets old so don't lose hope, son."
"Mom…do you think that person is Ethan? even if his surname is Smith, I feel like it's Ethan."
"*sigh* Ken, I know that you still want to see Ethan but who knows if that doctor is really the Ethan that we knew. And even if he is what we should focus on is the health of your son, ok?"
"Yes, Mom thank you. I'll call Yuki and tell him the situation of Tsuki, I bet he is worried sick at home," said Ken. Dr. Akifumi just nodded then bid goodbye to his son. All of them still have work to do and even if with a heavy heart they need to leave the young kid alone with his father.

Meanwhile, in-country J, Dr. Inoue just finish doing the request of his wife when he decided to call Dr. Anthony to discuss the matter of Ken's son. After a few rings, Dr. Anthony still didn't pick up until a message popped up and it is from Dr. Anthony himself. The message says that he is currently with the chairman discussing something which is why he couldn't answer the call.
"Hideki? What's the matter?" asked Dr. Kimura. He had just finished putting their children to sleep for their afternoon nap when he notice his husband trying to call someone but fail.
"Hm? OH, nothing, I was just trying to call Dr. Anthony but it seems like he is in a meeting with the chairman. I sent him a message to call me as soon as he is done with the meeting."
"I see, Isn't Dr. Ethan and Dr. Anthony the ones who will go to country J?"
"Yes but after talking to Chairman Abe they might need to go there sooner than expected"
"why? Did something happen?"
"Well, one of the Chairman's friends called him and asked for my help. They consulted me about the case of his great-grandson who is currently in the hospital. The kid is only 2 years old and he needs to be operated on as soon as possible"
"why the need for an urgent surgery? Is he in danger?"
"Medically? Yes, but medicine can still prevent that danger for a short period of time."
"Hideki, what is the kid's medical condition?"
"*sigh* he has a blood clot in his brain and heart which causes him to lose consciousness whenever he gets tired. I think it would be great for the child to stay at the hospital until those two arrive or until Dr. Anthony arrives there. Ethan might also advise for him to not play any strenuous activities or even just running around would be bad."
"Hmn…poor child…"
"I know, the kid's family were so shocked to know about it since all of them were doctors and I can tell that they want to help as much as possible but all they can do now is wait for the arrival of the two. Ethan is still in country S while Dr. Anthony had a lot of scheduled operations for the next two weeks. It is difficult to assign his patients to other doctors since most of their schedules were already packed."
"If only you could go there"
"That would be impossible, if I operated on that kid it has a huge risk that either the brain or heart would fail. This is why it needs to have both the Neurosurgeon and Cardiosurgeon do the operation at the same time. It might be risky too but I know both Dr. Anthony and Dr. Ethan can do it, they trust each other's ability and they would be able to guide each other."
"If that so then I think it is best to let those two be the ones to prescribe the medicine for the kid. Just until they arrive in-country J, once they arrive the operation should be scheduled as soon as possible."
"Yes, I already sent a message to them and currently waiting for their reply."
"good, now since our babies are sleeping, I want you to pamper me until they woke up" Dr. Kimura seductively hugs his husband as he says those words
"*smirk* with pleasure" In response to the seduction of his wife Dr. Inoue carried him in a princess lift and went straight to their bedroom. The couple had their alone time until all of their kids wakes up.
