Rhyno stood on top of the building, trying hard to regain his breath.

"Are you feeling better now?"

Glen mocked.

Catching his breath he jumped off the building in the same zigzag form but unlike last time, Glen didn't attack he just watched Rhyno come in close.

When he finally got in close Rhyno punched out, Glen In turn used his elbow to block the punch, in one quick motion Rhyno dropped to the ground and used his foot to kick at Glenn but once again he failed.

Glen ducked the kick, taking hold of the opportunity of Rhyno being unguarded in mid air, he grabbed onto his foot holding him up and kicked Rhyno back.

"Heheh is that all?"

Before his body smashed into the building behind, a clone jumped out of his body allowing helping him to escape from harm.

Rhyno summoned another clone to throw him on top of a building, from there he scanned the battlefield.

........

"Crescent Moon Slaughtering"

Shawn casually swinged out his sword, a terrifying bladelight following the trajectory of the blade flew towards Elk, who casually raised his sword to disperse the blade light.

The moment Elk blocked the blade of light he caught a glimpse of another light approaching, he quickly tilted his head to the side, although he managed to avoid the swordlight it still managed to leave a small cut.

"I never expected you to use such underhanded tactics…."

Shawn laughed out loud, even his laughter sounded like the type a hero of legends would possess.

"If I don't die here today, then I suppose we can have a proper rematch….."

Elk smiled and shook his head. Shawn's words sounded strange to him but he couldn't figure out why.

"I don't think we will, so show me all you have right now"

Lightly stomping his feet again the field of swords expanded for a few more miles.

If someone looked at the city from above, they would see half of it covered in a sea of fire and the other half in a field of swords.

Shawn dashed over to Elk while swinging his sword down, without much effort it was blocked but Shawn didn't stop there he used his free hand to pick a up another sword, stepping to the side he aimed it for Elks ribs but with ease Elk managed to dodged but didn't continue to attack instead he put some distance between himself and Shawn.

"What are you trying to do?"

If nothing stuck out to him at this point he'd be a complete idiot.

"Whenever we exchange a few blows you would never use your full strength only enough to push me back, It's been bothering me but I still can't figure out why your stalling…."

Screeeee!!!

Unlike the Phoenix cries they'd been hearing before this one was filled with pain and anger, shortly after the cry the silhouette of a giant Phoenix formed in the sky.

"Shawn! sword!"

Seeming to have figure something out Elk rushed to over to stop Shawn but he was forced into retreating when hundreds of swords started flying towards him.

In the midst of all this Shawn picked up a sword that Elk recognized all too well, in that moment he seems to have figured everything out but there wasn't much he could do under the torrent of swords

...….

Rhyno jumped off the building this time not landing too far off from Glen, unlike before where he attacked right away this time he used his clones to surround him.

"Oh can't win on your own so wanna add more numbers to your side?"

Rhyno flashed a bland smile.

"Something like that…."

Surrounded by six clones Glen's expression didn't change but when each of them took out a metal club filled with spikes he lost his smile.

Rhyno and his clones looked like a bunch of thugs coming to collect on a debt.

Moving like the wind when approaching Glen this time, what he was doing before could be considered crawling but now he began to run.

The first club made contact with him before he could react knocking him face down, another club followed shortly afterward all of them moved in, beating him savagely, without giving his healing powers a chance to kick in, every hit seemed to be worst than the last.

Screeeee!!!!

Glen was truly enraged now he shot up into the sky surrounded by fire that formed the body of a Phoenix looking more and more realistic.

"Finally"

Rhyno started creating clone at an incredible pace, after a few hundred clones were created they started becoming paler and weaker, the clones kept jumping on top of each other shoulders forming a ladder into the sky, the human ladder that was the length of a skyscraper kept swaying with the wind but it didn't matter much to him his original body ran along their backs to get higher.

"A young half-breed Phoenix who hasn't even unlocked his inherited memory wants to go to war, ridiculous"

Hundreds of meters in the air he could see everyones battles but he was only looking for one.

"Shawn Sword!"

Shawn didn't hesitate while keeping Elk back he threw a red sword to Rhyno who was thousands of meters away.

The sword wasn't aimed for Rhyno's original body but instead, it lodged in self in the ribs of the clone at the very top of the human ladder

Pulling the sword out of his clone Rhyno jumped off the back of the clones, Glens body was surrounded by a huge sphere of fire but Rhyno didn't back down, jumping into the fire sphere. Every time the body was on the brink of death he would create a new one until he landed on top of Glens Phoenix form, although his body was on the brink of death, he still rammed the sword into Glen's back.

Screeeeeee!!

A pain filled Phoenix Cry could be heard clear across the city.

"You wanna know the problem with half-breeds like you? It's that after so many billions of years of not being able to purify your bloodlines with an actual Phoenix, you barely possess one-one hundredth of a Phoenix's power yet you still have it's arrogance....all the weakness and none of the power to back it up"

With the sword as the center red spider veins started spreading over its body followed by some red cloth that unraveled from the top of the sword wrapping around the Phoenix body.

With its body being restricted it subsequently fell from the sky creating a huge crater.

Jumping off his back Rhyno's body now looked like a frail old man that could die at any moment, even his hair had turned white.

When he came off the Phoenix back the clones that had formed the human ladder joined back together forming one body.

When both bodies joined together Rhyno's physical body started aging backwards until he was back in his prime.

'What do you want?'

Once he took on his current form he lost his ability to speak so he could only choose telepathy.

"Origin blood, and don't bother trying to tell me you can't or anything else I'm not in a very talkative mood, if you don't hand it over then you're dead simple, so?"

Every ten million years a Phoenix would condense a single drop of origin blood, to a pure Phoenix it served very little to no purpose but to a half-breed, it was a ray of hope.

One of the few ways a half-breed can purify its bloodline is by saving every drop of origin blood until It completely erases the bloodline that their mixed with but it was easier said than done, within a few million years the amount of origin blood produced is only about the size of a fingernail.

Glen hesitated for a good while before his left eye started bleeding, Rhyno pulled a small bottle out of his space ring, there was enough blood to fill half the bottle.

The blood was a bright pure red, it could be used as a source of light.

'Release me now'

Rhyno froze for a moment then looked at Glen completely confused, he didn't even bother saying anything he just jumped on Glen's back.

'Hurry up!'

Walking over to the sword that wasn't completely pushed down inside of Glen, Rhyno stomped down on it killing Glen instantly.

"Sorry I need your body as well"

Not wasting any time he stored the entire body in his space ring and took out a whistle.

Wheeeeeewww!!
