He paused for a few seconds on the stairwell landing, staring out the window at the street below. After a while, he noticed a trash can that was so full that trash was spilling out onto the ground around it.
"The distance should be about 25 meters. Let's give it a try," Raydon said as he swung the chain.
When the chain swung free from his grasp, it headed straight for the trash can and began to encircle it, eventually coming into contact with the container and setting fire to everything.
''Damn… ''
He tried to yank the chain back quickly out of fear that it would set the neighborhood ablaze. In his eagerness to test out his new skill, he neglected to think about the possibility that the chain's flames might actually start a fire.
However, his fear was unfounded, as the fire quickly extinguished itself after the flames completely consumed the trash can and reduced it to ash. It only left behind a large amount of ash.
