[955/2800]

Raydon checked the HP of the Granite Soldier, who had been knocked to the ground by his flaming fist, in order to assess the extent of the damage he had done.

As soon as the Granite Soldiers began to move, Raydon's formerly ineffective Death Sense skill began to fully function once more.

However, despite the fact that it was once again functional, it was no longer useful to use it as an investigative type of skill in order to locate the monsters. Instead, he was attempting to determine how much destructive power his newly discovered combo possessed.

'As I had anticipated, both their defense and HP are quite high. It's highly likely that a single attack from me right now will be sufficient to take out the region boss in the F-Rank match. '

While deliberating, Raydon delivered a second fist blow, killing the soldier as he struggled to its feet.

''Nice. ''

He exclaimed triumphantly and proceeded to the subsequent granite soldier.

Thanks to the soldiers he killed, Raydon had now fully stacked his Depart skill, and with the additional attack and movement speed he now had, he was able to farm much more quickly and efficiently.

*DING*

''This is what I'm thinking? ''

Ignoring the granite soldier that was lying on the ground in front of him with its head smashed, Raydon let out a sudden cry of excitement when he heard the voice of the system, which was different from the voice he had always heard.

This system message could only have one meaning, and it was the one he had been waiting for ever since he first arrived on this planet.

'Have I leveled up? ' While avoiding the incoming mace attack, Raydon thought.

*Bang*

After he used his fist to knock out the granite soldier who was attacking him, he made the decision to look at the character panel.

''What? I'm still level 1? '' Raydon was taken aback when he discovered that his level was still 1. This was especially the case after he checked his experience points.

*Bang*

He delivered the killing blow to the granite soldier, who he had just knocked to the ground with his fist, while he was checking the character panel at the same time.

'There's something wrong here. Or do I need to raise my level manually? ' Raydon thought.

He then made the decision to open the system messages and view the most recent message. And when he saw the message that the system had given him, he understood that what he had been thinking was not entirely incorrect.

'So it's about my title again, huh? '

[Congratulations! The requirements have been met. Check the title panel to proceed.]

As the remaining Granite Soldiers attacked him, Raydon decided to check the title panel after he had finished off the rest of the enemies. He knew his time in Inheritance was running out and he couldn't afford to waste it while he still had experience points to gain.

As Raydon anticipated the surprise that was waiting for him, he grew impatient and began an impatient assault on the remaining granite soldiers. His objective was to earn as many additional experience points as possible, obtain the contents of the golden chest, and examine the title panel.

''T-There are o-only a few more t-to go,'' Raydon said while breathing heavily.

The fact that his face was showing signs of exhaustion was a dead giveaway, and it appeared as though the flames that had been emanating from his body and arm had nearly extinguished themselves.

Raydon had been at this stage for half an hour at this point, and he could feel his body reaching its limit as he continued to kill the remaining granite soldiers using his newly discovered combo. It appears that even with his current level of stamina, he will not be able to maintain this form for very long.

As he launched an assault against one of the four granite soldiers that were still standing in front of him, he mused to himself, "Huff-huff... I-I really wonder what the full potential of this combo is."

It now takes at least four hits from him, up from the previous requirement of only two hits, in order to kill a granite soldier.

He was already using up half of its power due to the fact that his agility was not up to par, and the power of the combo had now decreased even further due to the fact that even his stamina was unable to keep up with the load that was being placed on his body.

He continued to kill the granite soldiers despite being completely drained of strength.

''F-Finally… last o-one. ''

Raydon started his assault on the final granite soldier, despite the fact that he was so exhausted that he felt like he was going to pass out.

In addition to the exhaustion he was feeling, he was also experiencing a tremendous hunger. If he had known that he could satisfy his hunger by eating the stones that were left over from the bodies of the granite soldiers, he would have done so immediately.

''Huff-huff… F-Finally. ''

After a grand total of nine hits, Raydon was finally successful in putting an end to the life of the final granite soldier, and he collapsed to his knees out of exhaustion.
