Yu Yan was in her room watching T.V. Since she was discharged from the hospital and from the moment the truth about her condition came in front of her family since then she had been restricted to the boundaries of her room. They just won't let her step out of the room. She was being pampered and taken care of, which she enjoyed but now it was getting to the point of ultimate ridiculousness. She was bored out of her wits!
She kept on surfing through the channels hoping to find something of interest. It was when that she heard the Li Qiang's name being mentioned that she dropped the remote control and watched as the latest news about Li Qiang was being telecasted.
She blinked once and then twice and then Xin Qian's words rang inside her mind.
'I will take care of Li Qiang. After I am done with him he won't be able to hurt anybody.' she had said.
For a moment Yu Yan's face paled and she couldn't decide what should she make out of all this. Did Xin Qian do this? Did she really do this to Li Qiang?
She couldn't help but think about all these questions, hoping that at some point maybe her questions will be answered.
"Ah! So you saw the news, hhmm."
Yu Yan looked away from the television and found Dylan leaning against the door, "Did Xin Qian?" the shock was as such that she momentarily lost her ability to form a proper question.
"Yes. Not alone though, we were there as well. We took turns on him, don't you think he deserved it?" Dylan came inside the room.
For a few seconds Yu Yan didn't reply but when she did, it really pleased Dylan, "Did it hurt? Did he scream?" she didn't feel bad or guilty about this. Instead, it gave her a bit of sadistic pleasure thinking about how much pain Li Qiang had to go through.
Dylan smirked, "We made sure he was conscious, all the time. Especially when the surgery was performed."
Yu Yan bit her lip making Dylan's heart race. She looked so cute and sexy that he just couldn't take his eyes off her, it made him want to pull her close and kiss her. 'Calm down, you stupid heart!" he chided.
Yu Yan, on the other hand, was imagining how Li Qiang must have felt and how he must be feeling now. Li Qiang was a proud man and castration is related to depriving of power, loss of vitality. Li Qiang was a jerk, and now he had become a neutered jerk. And that was the thought that made Yu Yan burst into bouts of laughter.
Her laughter was so contagious that Dylan couldn't help but laugh as well. This scene was witnessed by Abigail who had come to take Yu Yan for shopping. She knew Yu Yan needed and wanted to go out so she had come to pick her up so that both of them would go out for shopping and have some fun. But she didn't know that Dylan would beat her to this.
As Abigail watched Dylan and Yu Yan laugh and noticed the way Dylan was looking at Yu Yan, she remembered how Dylan had been behaving whenever Yu Yan would be around, how his behaviour, his expressions changes whenever Yu Yan becomes the topic of their discussion and how much angry he had gotten when he got to know what Li Qiang had done to her. There was something going on and Abigail was eager to find out exactly what was going on.
"Hey guys! Why are you two laughing like that? Care to share the joke?" Abigail's entry made them stop laughing.
"Hi!" Yu Yan wished quite formally but Abigail came over and gave Yu Yan one of her famous bear hugs, "Are you feeling alright?"
Yu Yan felt a bit awkward but she liked the warmth that Abigail radiated. "Was it you who performed the surgery?" she asked pointing at the television where Li Qiang's news was still being telecasted.
"I didn't want to touch that jerk but it was kinda worth it, don't you think?" Abigail made a funny face making Yu Yan grin widely, "Thank you." she said.
"Thanks to all of you for doing this for me. I haven't been a good sister and was so mean to Xin Qian and what I did.." the guilt that she had slept with Xin Qian's ex-fiance was eating her alive even the fact that he actually turned out to be a cheating and deceptive bastard was of no help.
Dylan came to sit beside Yu Yan on the bed and held her hand in his, "The way you do it, it was wrong but the result of it was actually good. You accidentally saved your sister from that moron." he smiled at her.
Abigail thought of something and then added, "And you are our Qi Qi love you dearly, she has forgotten everything that happened in past. You are her sister, and her sister is like our sister as well. Right, Dylan?"
A sister?! "NO!" Dylan yelled out suddenly. Xin Qian was like a sister to him but Yu Yan, noways! Yu Yan would never be a sister to him, not now, not ever, never and never!
"What no?" Abigail was trying very hard to not smile, she could see that her speculation was right.
Yu Yan looked at Dylan with confusion in her eyes. "What I meant was that she is Xin Qian's sister but she is not our sister. How can she be our sister? She doesn't need any more siblings! We are friends, we are going to be best friends, aren't we Yu Yan? Who needs a sibling when you have friends? You, Yu Yan, are my friend, we are going to be more than friends!"
In his rambling Dylan didn't realize what he was saying and what it insinuated. Yu Yan was too confused at the moment to realize that but Abigail did. Dylan's words were like a certificate that cemented the fact that Dylan did have feelings for Yu Yan. The romantic kind of feelings.
"Another couple in making, eeehhhh-yyaaah!" Abigail thought to herself as she smiled thinking of a scheme to bring the two together. But first, she needed to talk to Dylan, she wanted to make sure that he was serious about Yu Yan because Yu Yan had already suffered enough and if it happened with Dylan as well then it will effect Yu Yan hard and will only make things awkward. So she decided to talk to Dylan about it first. Meanwhile, she can make an elaborate plan to bring these two together.

It was his family kind of a thing. People of his family, be it a male or female, were blessed by this strange boon, whose source is still unknown. He knew it, he could feel it in his bones, the magic, the awareness that the woman in emerald was his soulmate.
He had never felt this before. His heart started beating at such a fast rate that left him surprised that he didn't suffer a heart stroke. Everything around him disappeared, leaving him and the Abigail alone. She smiled and he felt as if he was in heaven. When she swept her hair and pulled them over her shoulder, revealing the skin that was visible because of her backless gown, he felt himself being assaulted by the feelings of lust and possession. The desire to kiss the tattoo on her back was so strong that while trying to control it he broke the glass that he had been holding.
The rush of love came when he watched her laugh heartily at something that the woman sitting beside her had said. Anger rose inside him when he saw a man approach her, the urge to mark what is his surfaced as he watched the man flirting with her and the need to protect her was made evident when he noticed that the man was trying to touch her. Never in his life of 32 years had he ever felt such a complex range of emotions that Abigail evoked and provoked inside him by one glance only.
He didn't do anything that time except 'accidentally' dropping a glass full of water on that man's crotch. Simply harmless. He had ordered his secretary to draw out information about his mystery girl, the only thing he had was her photograph that he had secretly clicked. But now he knew everything about her. Everything. You name it and he knew it.
His love for Abigail grew by leaps and bounds when he got to know that he sweet and sexy girl can be fierce and deadly as well. The fact that he had taken part in torturing those who messed with her or the ones dear to her was something that he admired. He was aware that they have kept Aunty Rong in that abandoned warehouse, he knew all about Wang Yong's case and he was aware that it was Abigail who actually performed the castration surgery on Li Qiang. People may think he is deranged to love a woman who had a psychopathic side to herself. But to him, this was kind of arousing. It was actually a turn on for him.
