She said that the kingdom was divided into four factions.
The “obedient faction” that follows the will of the angels.
The “breakaway faction” that wishes to be free from the will of the angels.
The “hostile faction” that concluded that the angels who abandoned Garret Kingdom were enemies.
The “independent faction” that doesn’t care about the angels at all and only focuses on becoming a powerful country.
Or at least that’s how Kierbit describes it.
