Aariv looked at Aslan's back and noticed some extra fur and a bone-like structure sticking out. He looked at it carefully but couldn't come up with a reason, and it also didn't look like it was hurting him.

~Maybe he's growing a pair of wings~ He thought to himself.

"Grrrrr grro" Aslan made noises.

"Okay, okay... let's go and eat," He said and strolled towards the dining hall.

...

After eating his meal he returned to his room and laid down on his bed. Not because he was sleepy, but because he wanted to relax and think about his next steps.

*Sigh*

"I need to start working towards my goal. I need to start unifying humans and bring technological advancements. I was so fixated on the history that I forgot that it was that exact history that crippled our planet's evolution. Racism, Castism... Calling people witches and burning them."

"I say, fuc*k the history. Do whatever you think is right" Juno butted in.

Aariv was silent for a while, "I have so much knowledge, I should use that. I am sure that in 2 generations, we can change their thinking." he said and closed his eyes.

...

He woke up the next morning and looked at the snoring Aslan beside him. He picked him up in his sleep and put him in the baby carrier and started walking. He was going to talk with his father and Kautilya.

He got dressed and walked to the office, it was early morning so there was no one. He looked at the guards.

"Call his majesty and Acharya to the office. Tell them that I have something important to discuss." He ordered them.

He stood there waiting for them for a while. After 15 minutes he saw Kautilya hurriedly walking towards him, although he looked old but Aariv had enhanced his genes so his body was still very strong.

"What's the matter Aariv?" he asked.

"Let my father come, I have some major things to say"

After another 10 minutes Chandragupta also arrived. They all went inside the room and locked it.

"Alright, I thought about things last night and I've made some changes to my plans. I will not leave for the Himalayas with mother. I can not bring myself to let Bindusara grow up without a mother. If the world needs Ashoka, then he will be born one way or another. Let's leave that to fate.

Next thing is that I've decided to truly unify the Indian subcontinent. All the remaining Kingdomes that are still not bending their knee, bend it. Blood will be shed, I can only try to minimize it.

Baldy, I want information about all these kingdoms by tomorrow. How many wives they have, sons, daughters, what they eat, when they eat, I want everything."

Kautilya humbly nodded, he was cheering internally. Finally, his headache was going to be solved, he had been trying to find ways to conquer the remaining kingdoms but only the strongest were remaining and they were a pain in the ass.

Aariv then continued, "Father, I want you to call a council meeting and announce somethings. We are going to bring some changes to how we administer the empire. As the empire is too big and it will grow bigger in the future. We can not expect the council with just 4 people to run it. We need to establish a hierarchical organization.

We are going to need educated and good people to participate in an exam and choose what post they will be given according to their scores.

Again, this is not going to be an easy task as it would require a lot of educated people and currently we don't have enough.

The departments are going to be as follows.

1. Department of Home Affairs - this will have 4 sub-departments.

-Police Service

-Department of Home

-Department of Internal Security

-Department of States

2. Department of Defence

-Combined Defence staff (This will be a combined department of 3 forces.)

-Army

-Navy, Air Force and Coast Guards(to be announced)

-Intelligence Agencies

-Department of Defence Research and Development

-Department of Defence Production

-Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare

- Finance Division

3. Department of External Affairs.

4. Department of Finance.

-Reserve Bank (The Reserve Bank (RB) serves as the Central Bank. There are many things for which the RBI is responsible such as controlling inflation, regulating the banking system, issuing banknotes, acting as lender to banks, controlling credit, and monetary policy and so on and so forth.)

5. Department of Health and Family Welfare

- Department of Medical infrastructure.

- Department of Medical Studies.

- Department of health workers.

6. Department of Human Resource Development

-Department of School Education and Literacy(manages schools and elevating literacy rate.)

-Department of Higher Education (Colleges and Universities)

7. Ministry of Road Transport, Highways and waterways.

- Department of Public transport.

- Department of Infrastructure management.

8. Department of Agriculture

- Department for improvement of Agriculture methods.

- Department for the welfare of farmers.

9. Department of Law and Justice (Responsible for running the Judiciary and establishing local court, High courts and Supreme court.)

-Department of Justice

-Department of Legal Affairs.

10. Department of Resources and Energy.

- Mining

-Electricity

11. Department of Internal surveillance and inspection(This is the most important department as its job is to see if the officials of all the departments are doing their jobs properly. To not make this department corrupt, they will also conduct surveillance on each other. Only the most loyal and best will be hired for this. It will work directly under Prime minister's office. Emperor would still have the heighest athority)

I will also write detailed ethics and rule books for all departments. I'll also write a code of law, stating possible punishments for possible crimes." Aariv said all this and ended his briefing,

Chandragupta looked at Aariv and said with a frown, "isn't this too big of a change and we don't have money to enforce all these changes"

"I am not asking for this to be done tomorrow. This is going to be a long and rigorous process, it will take years to fully implement all this. There will be many more departments in the future as we progress and money is not a problem, I have a lot of it." Aariv clarified.

"Okay then, you know more than me, so let's do this," Chandragupta said enthusiastically.

"No, you have to do this father, I cannot order the council of ministers as they would judge me according to my age and not knowledge," Aariv said, looking at his father.

"Hahaha... I sometimes forget that you're not supposed to be this big," Chandragupta laughingly said.

Aariv shook his head and looked at Kautilya and said, "Baldy, I want you to open as many schools as you can and start teaching people, tell them that if they do good then they can become a state official, I don't want you to discriminate kids, so teach them all. If their parents have a problem then they can take their kid away. They will soon understand the importance of education.

You also need to bring 1000 workers, I don't care what caste they belong to just get me 1000 men. I am going to start infrastructure projects and extend the city."

"Yes, it will be done," Kautilya replied.

"You get to your job, I need to start building things" He said and left the room.

...

Aariv went back to his room and started planning things. He needs to build many things now. Satellites, small portable communication devices, printing press and finally a small aircraft capable of vertical landing.

But all these needed electricity and for that he had to make a Fusion reactor, Fusion reactors came in many sizes and their sizes defined how much energy they could generate.

A single large Fusion reactor as big as a 14 feet X 14 feet room could power a futuristic megacity.

A fusion reactor as big as 5 feet X 5 feet could power a large space ship.

smaller fusion reactors as big as a fist could also be made; they were called mini-reactors and were used to power robots.

Aariv also had an alternative to the fusion reactors. He learned about this from the knowledge he got from integrating with those big-headed aliens. It was a Dark matter reactor. Just one of these was enough to power an advanced planet. These were quite big and required a huge facility to be built but the main problem was starting the reaction.

He estimated that he would need at least one thousand large fusion reactors just too start the Dark matter reactor.

First thing first, he needed to make a small fusion reactor first and with its help, make a bigger one. It was good that monsoon season was arriving and it meant that there would be lightening. He just needed to wait a little.

"Okay, I'll start by conquering Kalinga first, they are the closest enemy to us and I don't want them to attack us in the middle of city expansion." He said to himself.

"Hell yeah, it's time for war," Juno excitedly yelled.
