Tiana stared at him for a minute and then she smiled; '' I will support you. '' She paused; ''Douglas, I don't want to fight with you, I just want peace. If it's the company you want, then you can have it. ''
She said with a sincere smile; ''Is that all, can I go now? ''
Douglas didn't believe a word she said, what he was sure of was that Nicklaus must have told her about him, so saying she supported him now, was quite hard to believe.
''what do you want? '' He asked, there was no way she would be that stupid and gullible, maybe she wanted something in return.
''Your head on a platter; '' Tiana said looking serious but suddenly she laughed, ''Oh don't mind me, I just want peace. ''
Douglas was confused for a brief second, this woman… she was a little strange.

Douglas adjusted his tie on his neck; ''I killed him because he didn't know his place, if he had just reasoned with me, then he would not be dead now. But it's good that you're more understanding than your husband, people who love peace, never get into trouble.''
Douglas smirked, and then he stood up from the couch; ''I would have let you go but Catherine Wills might come to you with a more enticing offer, so you're going to stay here till next tomorrow, rest assured you would be treated well and no harm would come to you. I'll send a guard over to take you to your room. ''
He said and turned around walking out the door. Tiana kept the pitiful look on her face till he closed the door and then her gaze turned deadly;
She never thought he would be so stupid as to fall for a few words, too bad she got what she wanted but the thing is, she couldn't stay here for two days, she might be caught if she stayed for too long, she must leave now. ''
