The three kids quietly kept out of sight in their own room for a long time. They tried not to make any noise, and they also tried not to be seen by Emily.

Their recent experience had really freaked them out. The children were usually pretty sensible, especially Baron; he should have known little at his age, and yet, he knew a lot. He did not cry out or make any noise as if he already knew that any carelessness would cause Emily to have a mood swing.

The reason why Jacob had wanted them to stay was that he clung to the hope that Emily could finally come to terms with the anger that filled her heart. He was hopeful that with some drug therapy and his persuasions, she would stop blaming everything on herself.

Jacob hoped that in this terrible situation, Emily's mood could slowly improve. Even if she did not come to her senses swiftly, at least she could be better than before.

But things always seemed to go against his wishes. No matter how much effort Jacob invested in persuading Emily or how many times he brought Emily to visit their three children, she still remained in a bad mood, and Emily never seemed to get any better.

In her heart, she was the one to blame for the repetitive loss of their many children, which caused her great fear and grief. As a result, she felt that she was unable to take care of any of them at all. Therefore, as soon as Emily saw her children, a multitude of dark emotions such as self-accusation, anxiety, and guilt gradually drowned her self-confidence.

But Emily didn't want to be burdened by such emotions. In the battle against her darkest feelings, she had fallen into a kind of endless pain.

After his repeated attempts, Jacob finally decided that it was in the children's best interests to send them back home again. However, despite sending them back home, Jacob felt extremely uncomfortable with the situation.

After all, it was also because of him that Emily had originally begun suffering from mental disease. He was also to blame for making so many enemies who had threatened their children. Fortunately, their children were fine, though Emily still feared for them.

However, even after she had sent th

eally did not know whether Emily could withstand the exertion.

But just when he was considering saying no, Emily stepped closer and tugged at his clothes. She looked pathetic as she said, "Jacob, I'm really fine. I really want to go on the ride, please?"

Jacob regarded Emily quietly. She looked like a normal young woman. At this moment, by only looking at her face, anyone could be forgiven for not believing that she had mental problems.

Finally, Jacob's heart melted. Since she wanted to go on the ride, he decided to let her do it. No matter what happened, he would be here to support her.

So, ten minutes later, Jacob and Emily were sitting on the TRON Lightcycle Power Run. The fierce fear brought on by the ride created a magical stimulation. Emily opened her mouth and screamed aloud. It seemed that she was both afraid and happy. Jacob was not at all perturbed by the ride, and he kept on watching Emily's expression with concern as they moved on the roller coaster ride. He was relieved when he saw that she did not seem to be having another abnormal episode again.

Almost at the exact moment that the roller coaster came to a stop, Emily rushed out and began to vomit. Jacob quickly took a bottle of water and made her rinse the foul-tasting bile from her mouth. She coughed and choked slightly as he patted her on the back and said, "You knew you could not handle that, so why did you insist on going on such an exciting ride?"
