But when the other sensed her hands nearing, they sprung off the bed and scrambled away until they hit the wall right beside the bed in an instant, her nonexistent eyes holding fear and pain despite not being there.

Luckily for the girl, her eyes had been bandaged by someone after her capture, they wouldn't bother calling a doctor for an intruder after all, but her eyesight would never return. The girl's chest was heaving from taking in gulps of air due to fear but she tried to suppress her breathing so her fright and panic didn't show. Despite knowing the other couldn't see her, Shen Tianyu's smile stayed in place, not that it'd assauge the other girl's fears even if she could see her sweet smile, dripping honey as if she was talking to a likeminded friend and not the person that tried to kill her in her own bathouse.

"Oh you're awake. That's great! I wanted to ask you something." She cheerily commented as if not noticing the other wanted to run as far away from her as possible. She proceeded to sit on the bed without reserve, her legs dangling off the edge as she sat in the middle of it which placed her right in front of the cornered woman. "Who sent you after me? Your skills are a but too unbalanced so I'm guessing you're either not actually a trained assassin or you're a special kind with skewed talents? The success rate of missions for those kinds of people are pretty volatile so their price is actually not that high, though."

The woman tried to press herself closer against the wall, as if she could be sswallowed up by it if she pressed hard enough.

"Hey... I only took your eyes, not your tongue, can't you at least make a sound? I know you're not deaf with that scream." Shen Tianyu puffed out her cheeks in a fake pout. She reached out to tap the woman on the lips only to earn a frightful screech that almost broke her eardrums. She flinched from the sound but didn't drop her smile, despite it being pointless. "You weren't answering so I was just making sure you could talk, there's no need to scream like that." She proceeded to pick at her fingernails, leaning sideways on the bed as if it was her chaise and not some makeshift bed with bad quality in a dark and dank dungeon, her legs dangling off so her shoes wouldn't dirty the bed. "I have all day you know... I'll leave if you tell me who sent you. If not, I'm fine with accompanying you for a while. I've slept in places with worse conditions than this." She told the other woman with a bored tone.

Despite Shen Tianyu not having laid a finger on even her hair since the touch of the lips, the woman was shivering uncontrollably to the point she could audibly hear the clacking of her teeth. Shen Tianyu acted unconcerned, with a smile on her lips as she drew on the blankets of the bed. Feeling around with her feet, she found that the bed was a bre wooden frame that was barely strong enough to hold a blanket on top as a mattress and a person. In this case, it was strong enough to hold an oversized hamster and a girl. She started humming to remind the now blind woman of her prescence which drove the other further into fear. She couldn't see and there probably won't be meticulous care and good medicine. Actually, asssasssin or not, humans are heavily reliant on sight. Now that she no longer had the ability to see, she jumped at every sound, since she had yet to fully settle into using her other senses to feel out other things. Not to mention, she was locked up in enemy territory without her suicide pill. The song Shen Tianyu was humming was actually a slow yet upbeat song, according to the standards of a pop music fan like her anyways, but to the woman in front of her, it was the song of fear and darkness. Before the first song Shen Tianyu had prepared for the wait was even over, the woman caved.

"Fine, fine. I'll tell you, I'll tell you already!" She had started crying outright by now but her eyes had yet to heal so what came out was amix of blood and tears that stained the cloth around her eyes and ran down her cheeks to drip on her black clothes and the bedsheets.

"Oh already? I was willing to keep you company for a while longer." Shen Tianyu sounded like a child whose parents told them it was time to go while they were playing with their best friend.

"I'll tell you, I'll tell you... It was, it was the Miss of the Right-Winged General's Manor. Please, I'm just a hired mercenary with nothing to do with them. I'm just a hired hand, please spare me..." The woman's shoulder shook as she pleaded.
