Bai Yaoxuan heard a strangled scream sound in front of her and turned her head again to find the person she had been looking for right in front of Miss Yang.

She felt more than saw the other girl's nails graze her neck, right where her major artery was located. She stared down her nose in shock and horror, too afraid to move her head lest the nail really dig into her neck at the eyes that wer no longer smiling. Instead the eyes looking up at her unblinkingly was full of coldness that traveled down her spine. The fact that the other wasn't blinking just scared her even more. She could distantly hear her bodyguards shout but with how close the other girl was to possibly ending her life, she reckoned they would be too scared for her wellbeing to actually move against her.
Shen Tianyu retracted her hand that was almost stabbing Miss Yang's throat an grabbed her chin hard enough to bruise but not enough to break bone. Still in her modest crouch, she whispered up to the girl only loud enough for her to hear, her eyes still unblinking, and her voice laced in the cold of thousand-year old ice. "Dare to talk down to Yaoyao again and this won't be just a scare. I still haven't settled the score with you about the assassin." She then flung her backwards using only the chin she had held on to, hard enough for Miss Yang to stumble backwards. Luckily for her and her clothes, she was caught by her bodyguards who had carefully surrounded them but was too afraid to move.
Seeing some of the guards advance toward her now that their ward wa sback in their hands, Shen Tianyu scanned them with a cold gaze. "Tell your General to carefully teach his daughter." She raised her chin, looking down at them all from her nose dspite her physical stature being shorter than most of the armed bodyguards.
