They would block the attacks with their sword and jump away. The rest of the demonic beast's body didn't move much but it was impossible to cut through. The two men have been trying for some time now, even using spiritual energy, but even so there is no visible scratch at all.
Two-Headed Bone Snakes are one of the hardest demonic beast to subdue because they are close to the prime of their species. They don't have much demonic energy but they're bodies are too hard for ordinary swords to penetrate. The only known way of subduing them so far has been to lure a more powerful demonic beast to tear through their bones and crush the "heart" in their bodies. Three-Headed Bone Snakes are more c.u.mbersome in this aspect because they have the ability to move their "hearts" to elsewhere in their bodies but Two-Headed Bone Snakes usually do not possess that ability until they evolve. Thankfully, Bone Snakes was a rare species so there weren't whole nests of them roaming about.
