The reason Xin Yun idolized the Peacock king was because his experiences on their own were legendary. In fact… of the nine top experts, Xin Yun idolized three in particular. They were: the most dazzling dragon- Peacock King Ming Xuan, the most beautiful dragon- Sparkling Butterfly, Yi Luo Xiang, together with the most cruel dragon- Evil Empress, Yan Qing Ying. The reason he worshiped them was because they were like Xin Yun. They all had modest backgrounds.

He did it to avoid being bullied, to restore his dignity and to recover his honor. It was a shame that the first half of his life was doomed to be mediocre, regardless of effort. There was no way to acquire the things he deserved, such as dignity and such as honor.
However, effort will be repaid. Finally… his dragon awakened, and it was incomparably large and strong. Adding on the terrifying abilities he had worked so hard on, he had gone from being at the bottom of the food chain directly to being third among the nine top experts. If it weren’t for him being of lower birth and his rise to prominence slightly slower, who would dare compete with him for first spot!

“Sky Net- Grow!” Phantom Evil Empress also displayed her own strength. Looking like an eight-trigram array, a normal spider web appeared then promptly vanished. Phantom Evil Empress also vanished from everybody’s sight.
Of course, it was not just the three that were active. The other six of the top experts did not just sit around on their thumbs. Each and every one of them activated their most powerful combat abilities. It’s just that… Xin Yun only paid attention to those three.
