It is the promised day that Ba Yue will meet up with Ho Wai. She arrived at Ho Wai's house, she knocked on the door and it was answered by Ho Wai.
"Young Miss, you are here so early."

"Ah Kei has moved into the new residence yesterday to take care of the place. I'm only here to wait for you today."

"The size and located off that place cost around 40k gold coins, but since the owner wants to sell the place quick, I was able to buy it for 35k gold coins. I have also spent 5000 gold coins to have it fix-up a little and to buy the furniture."
"You did a very good job! Hold on to the leftover money, you'll need it later. And how's the recruiting going?"
"It's actually going a lot smoother than I thought. The people that I tried to recruit are all regular citizens, so when I throw out the high salary offer, many people want to join us. There were a few people that had higher martial art skills that were hesitant. But when I told them that we have strengthening pills and it will be given to the selected people, they all wanted to join. The words about me recruiting also spread very quickly. There's about 50 that wants to join us in just less than 2 days."
"You did very well. And did you tell them about me?"
"No, young miss. I didn't tell them about you since I didn't receive your permission to. All I told them was that they will know who my master is when they get to meet you." Answered Ho Wai honestly.
"Very Well. Have them come to our new residence in 5 days, I will see them then."

Ba Yue left after telling Ho Wai a few more things and got the new residence address from him. She needs to go back and prepare for the meeting in a few days.
It's been 5 days already since Ba Yue last met Ho Wai, and it is the meeting day. Ba Yue is standing in front of the new residence. She's dressed in all back with her hair tied up in a plain ponytail. She also has a mask on, so it was really hard to tell if she's a man or a woman if she didn't open her mouth to speak. Ho Wai had just come out to receive her and he is a little curious why she's dressed like that.
"They are all here?" asked Ba Yue as she follows Ho Wai into the residence.
"Yes, young miss. There are actually more people than expected that wants to join. I have pick through them and there are still 100 people remaining."
"That's fine, 100 people sounds like a good number to me."
Ho Wai has led Ba Yue to the courtyard in the back of the residence. Once Ba Yue arrived, she sees 100 people standing there neatly in rows.
"Everyone, this is my master and the person that you will be working for." Said Ho Wai in a respectful tone while standing next to Ba Yue.
"Thank you all for coming here today. I'm sure Ho Wai has already told all why you are here today. For those of you that want to work for me, all I asked of you is to be loyal to me. I won't force you to stay if you don't want to today. But once you have decided to stay, you cannot change your mind because that's considered being unfaithful to me. If that's the case, then there will be consequences.
So, right now, I'll give you all a chance to ask questions and decide if you still want to stay or not. If not, then please leave here immediately and what you see here today cannot be leak out, otherwise, I can't promise your safety." Said Ba Yue with the warning tone in her voice.
It was quiet for a while after Ba Yue's speech. Everybody is looking at other people, hoping that the others will go first with the questions. Finally, a man that looks like he's around 22-23 years old spoke up.
"I want to ask what is our job here? I know we are being recruited to work for you, but I'm uncomfortable not really knowing what we will be doing?"
Ba Yue answered:" I don't only recruit people for their strength, but also for their intelligence. I will have 3 departments set up for different things. You should know your own strength and weakness, so I'll let you choose which department is best for yourself. And of course, the pay and risk also differ for these 3 departments.
The first department will be people that know how to do business and also collect information. So this department is considered the intelligent department. I will have stores and I need people that can manage it. This will not be a normal store, if it is then there's no point in recruiting you people. There won't be much fighting involved in this department so it's good for people with less martial art skills but have some intelligence. The salary for this level is average but will receive a bonus if there's any contribution made.
The second department will be the guard's department. With this department, the people for this department will need to have average to high martial art skills. They will guard the stores, the residence, fight in the front line when needed and will also need to do other things that are related. The salary for this level is average to high depending on their level and what they can do. Again, a bonus will also be given if there's any contribution made.
The third department will be the hidden department. For this department, the jobs involved will be very dangerous and they might lose their lives. The hidden department will manage lots of things for me and will also carry out my orders. Their job might have to spy on people, killing people, and a lot more. They can also be my personal guard and also communicate and relate my orders to the other departments. Of course, their salary will also be the highest. And upon joining this department, they will each receive a low-grade strengthening pill. Same as the other two departments, a bonus will also be given if there's any contribution made.
Are there any more questions? Asked Ba Yue as she looks around at the people.
"I have a question, I understand that only the selected people will get the low-grade strengthening pill such as the hidden department. But according to your description of the 3 departments, I think I'm best to be in the first department since my martial art skill is not that high but I have experience managing a store before. But I was really hoping for the low-grade strengthening pill when I heard about it, that's why I'm here. Is there no way for others to get it if they don't choose to be in the hidden department?" Every month, I will give out rewards to those that have worked hard or had made a contribution. They can choose money, pills or other things as a reward. Hearing that, all the people in the courtyard is all hyped up. They are happy that they make the decision to come here today, no one wants to leave now learning about the bonus reward.

After counting, there's a lot of people going for the first and second department, there's a total of 45 people for the first department for the front line. As for the second department, there's a total of 35 people for the guard's department. And the remaining 20 people wanted to join the third department, which is the hidden department.
"From now on, you can all call me Young Miss. You don't need to know who I am yet. I will let you all know when the time comes. You just have to know that you will be working under Ho Wai since he works directly under me only. This residence will be called White Moon and you are now the members' of the White Moon."
"Ho Wai, give each of the people that have selected the first and second department a contract to sign. Make sure to collect all their information and signatures for the contract. When it's done, bring them down to their resting quarters."
"I understand, young miss" Ho Wai then processed to bring the people down to get their signature for the contract.

"I understand that you all that's still here want to join the third hidden department. But I want you to know, this department will be different than the other two. The hidden department needs to be 100% loyal to me since they will know my true face and do lots of behind the scene work for me.
I know some of you might come from other countries or might have some kind of background that can't let others know. I won't ask and I don't need to know. But just remember, once you decided to stay here, you are my people and I do NOT allow betrayal. Once you have betrayed me, there is only 1 option left for you, and that is death!
If you still think that you have what it takes and will not betray me, then follow me. Otherwise, you can go look for Ho Wai and join the other departments."
Ba Yue then starts walking back into the residence toward an opened door room. Follow behind her was 15 people. The other five got scared of her words and decide to go look for Ho Wai to get into the other 2 departments.
Once everyone is inside the room, Ba Yue told the last person that came in to close the door behind him.
"Since you have made the decision already and decided to come here, I would like to welcome you. Sign the contracts here on the table and you will officially be my people"
After the group of people finished signing the contracts on the table, there was knocking on the door.
"Come in," said Ba Yue.
"Young Miss, my side is all done." Said Ho Wai after he came into the room.
"Good, I'm almost done on my side too. Since they all have signed the contract and will be my closest subordinate now. I can show them who I really am since they will know it sooner or later."
Ba Yue then took off the mask she had on. The people in the room is shocked to see that the Young Miss is really Ba Yue. They all know who Ba Yue really is, she's the young miss of the Ba family and this year's annual martial artist winner!

Ba Yue then continues to tell them a few more things. Finally, she asked if anyone wants to be her personal guard. There were a few people that raised their hands, but the 2 people that had caught her eyes were the only 2 girls in the group. She pointed at them and ask them to come up and told Ho Wai to bring the rest of the people down to their resting quarters.
After all the other people left the room, Ba Yue look at the girls and had them introduce themselves.
The two girls look very similar to each other, it is very easy to tell that they are sisters. One of the girls had a blue dress and the other had a green dress. It looks kinda worn out but can still tell it was of good material. These girls must have come from a good family and have a reason to look like this now.
"Young Miss, my name is Han Yan and this is my younger sister Han Chu." Said the Han Yan whose in the blue dress as she points to her younger sister in the green dress.
"I'm 19 years old and my younger sister is currently 17 years old. We both have a little above average martial art skills, but we are both also element users of the Red level. We are from other countries and have our reason to be here. But we have signed the contract and have pledged our allegiance to you, so you are now our master. We will tell you about our past if you want to know about it."
"No need. I have said it before, I don't need to know about your past. All you need to know now is that you are currently my people and that's enough."
"Thank You, Master!" Said both girls at the same time.
"Don't call me Master, it feels weird. From now on, call me young miss and I'll bring you two back to the Ba residence with me. In front of others, you two will be my close maid."

She gives him an extra bottle of the low-grade strengthening pills and told him to give it to the third department members.
