Meanwhile Kyra is currently scanning the old mans body.
'Lung cancer.' Kyra thinks to herself seeing the state of his lungs.

"Old man, tell me do you know the effects of Phoenix tears?" Kyra asks having completely derailed the mission report.

"Ah they can heal any mortal wound." Naruto says
"Including something like lung cancer from smoking." Kyra says looking down at the man.
"That's amazing! Why are you only telling me now?" Hiruzen asks
"Well, I just did a quick body check on you." Kyra says
"Wait! I have cancer." Hiruzen says
"You do smoke a lot lord Hokage." Kakashi says
"Yep so basically I'm going to cry. You will drink it then cough up some sort of black sludge. Afterwards you give us time to prepare for the exam. I want Naruto to be able to use 4 tails by the time the exam starts." Kyra says
"I'm to old for this shit." Hiruzen says wanting to retire.
"You could always have Itachi trained as the next Hokage. You could retire, to be honest I'm surprised it's you in your office and not a clone." Kyra says
"My brother?" Sasuke asks
"Ah, Pensive or genjustu?" Kyra asks herself before throwing everyone into a genjutsu showing everyone an alternate timeline where Itachi wipes out the Uchiha.

"Mom? Why are you making extras?" Naruto asks
"I just have this feeling." Kyra says

"True." Lisa says
"So what's the future like?" Kyra asks
"Retirements nice, randomly showing up in other worlds is fun." Sandstorm says

"How is your cooking so good!" Lisa shouts after taking a bite.
Sandstorm starts giggling.
"So? Is Orimachu still leading an invasion?" Kyra asks
Sandstorm tilts her head to the side before laughing.
"Oh no." Kyra mutters knowing she won't tell.
"Auntie Sandstorm what's so funny!" Naruto asks giving Sandstorm his best Puppy dog eyes.
Lisa just stares at the cute nephew.
"Yes, he invades however with you here it's going to be comical." Lisa says
"Lisa! Why did you tell them!" Sandstorm asks
While Kyra looks and sees that both of their dinner plates are empty.
"Well it was a nice dinner sister. But we are going to go watch other worlds now." Sandstorm says standing up and disappearing with Lisa.
Kyra opens the fridge to make more portions only to find it empty.
"Destiny and Fate, they always hit like a truck! Can't they calm down just once! I'm to old for this shit!" Kyra shouts
