"Oh, we just like to go to haunted places for fun." Kyra says
"But that's Florida there has to be one somewhere in Louisiana." Daphne says
"Hmm?" Kyra says thinking.
"There is. I work in it. Sorry I couldn't help but overhear. My name is Lena, I work as a chef in a house on Moonscar island." Lena says
"Moonscar? As in the pirate right?" Kyra asks interrupting Fred before he could stand up.
"Huh, yeah exactly." Lena says
"Where is it?" Daphne asks
"It's in a bayou not far from here." Lena says
"The pirate Morgan Moonscar died on that island and his spirit still haunts the place." Lena says
"Sure, that sounds like some old guy in a pirate suit." Fred says
"What's he guarding? Could it be treasure or maybe he has unfinished business like revenge on his killer." Kyra says
"Killer?" Lena asks
"Well, he was a pirate.... never mind he probably drank and whored himself to death." Kyra says
"That's certainly one way of putting it." Velma says
"So you are ghost hunters?" Fred asks
"No ghosts are real." Kyra says in a matter of fact tone.
"Well you are welcome to come by to the island, if you wanna check it out." Lena says
"That would be awesome." Harriet says
"Can we come aswell?" Kyra asks
"The more the merrier." Lena says
"Great!" Luna says with a smile.
"She's precious." Velma mutters
"That she is." Kyra says
"I'm Kyra, this is my daughter Harriet and her friend Luna." Kyra says introducing them.
"Daughter!?" Fred asks looking somewhat heart broken.
"Yes I am happily married." Kyra says hugging Harriet with motherly love.
Suddenly there is clicking heard.
"Jinkies! Listen to this. I punched in Moonscar Island on our research database. There are quite a few strange disappearances around that island over the years." Velma says
"Sounds promising." Daphne says
"Probably quiet a few people were killed and fed to gators." Harriet says
Kyra nods sharing the thought while the gang shivers alittle.
"You realize doing stuff like this you have a chance to run into insane and sick people." Kyra says
The three nod.
"All you have seen is the product of human greed not the true crazies yet." Kyra says
"We should find Scooby and shaggy." Daphne says
"Could we catch a ride?" Kyra asks
"Huh sure." Fred says
"Really thanks." Luna says
"Hey, how does your data base work, there is no way it's stored in the van since your computer doesn't seem to have enough memory but I don't see any connection to a network." Kyra asks
Velma suddenly opens up a drawer which is filled with hard drives.
"With proper file compression you would be surprised how much I could fit into the 150 gigabytes I have." Velma says
"I need to see that code if you don't mind sharing it's probably impressive as hell." Kyra says
"Mom, no cursing." Harriet says
"Right sorry." Kyra says
