"Stupid morning sickness." Kyra mutters as some of her wives snicker and others just look at her.
"Right so, these are the other representatives?" Kyra asks looking at 3 new fanus and 1 human.

"Alright, we can work on the legislation later right now we need to declare a nation and start to fight back." Kyra says with a sigh.

"Now Jarvis if you wanna go ahead and put us through on every communication device on the island. While your at it hijack and disable Atlas' tech we can cover it with our own." Kyra says

"Hello, citizens of Menagerie. As you can see we have all the representatives here in Koa academy, It is time for us to declare ourselves a country." Kyra says into her microphone and cheers can be heard outside the window.
"We, are doing this not out of convenience but necessity! just a few hours ago, we were attacked by Atlas they were the scouts to an invasion force that is building on Mistral." Kyra announces

"Right so, we have decided the countries name shall be Niwaki, and I was thrust up on to the leader position since we are on the brink of war, afterward we shall have our first election as a republic," Kyra says to some cheers
"Luckily Kyra Stark saw the continued situation approaching and prepared our forces, now all that needs to be done is for us to unify as one and to fight back." Sienna says
Kyra nods in the background as the other 4 representatives come up to speak about their own city.
"Right, Sienna and the 4 other representatives to the citizens of our new great nation. 2 days ago November third 772. A date which shall forever live in infamy and solidarity a date in which our infant nation just founded was suddenly and dilibertatly attacked. By the air forces of Atlas. We shall aid each other like good comrades with our utmost strength. The 5 representatives are just staring with their mouths open looking at Kyra who smiles back to them.
"Ladies and Gentleman we are at War!" Kyra says as the message cuts
