"Thanks Caroline, I can take them from here if you wanna relax." A man says
"Right, thanks Mr, Kerry." Caroline says as she leaves to go get lunch or something.
"Mr. Secretary of State?" Kyra asks holding her hand out for a hand shake.
"Yes, though informally I go by Mr. Secretary." John Kerry says
"Right well we have a sitting room set up before so we can go out." John says
"So what is this?" Kyra asks
"Ah, it's a surprise." John says
"I hate surprises and politics." Kyra says
"You were rather good at it in Japan." John says
"I love surprises as much as Mexico loves missile testing." Kyra says knowing it's gonna be a tough ride as she watches Kerry freeze up.
"Right well i bet this if gonna be entertaining." Ruby says
"Also, no matter how this goes the president wants lunch or dinner afterwards." John says
Kyra just shrugs in response.

After a few minutes with Kyra and Ruby cuddling in the room the set aside talking about non important stuff to annoy the people listing in via the several bugs in the room.
Eventually an intern comes and knocks on the door and leads them to the room that is seen in quite a lot of Congressional hearings.
Kyra and Ruby sit down and it's an extremely packed house.
The talking begins to quiet down as a gavel is banged.
"To order, we welcome everyone to today's hearing on foreign relations. Niwaki and its allied kingdoms." The chairman says
"I would also like to Welcome Sapphire Kyra Stark and her wife Ruby Stark." The chairman says while several gay rights groups are surprised and happy. Some of the older men in congress cough a little in the gallery.
"Yes hello, it's good to be here. In the land of the free and home of the brave." Kyra says with her smile as she starts to get serious.
"If we were to give a general over view of the country of Niwaki. I would say it's a beautiful place with a tropical, sub tropical climate with forests mountains and a shrinking desert." Kyra says
"Right, we are now opening up for questions then." The chairman says
"I've seen some of the videos of you world war. What caused that?" A woman asks heavily implying something.
"The things that always cause world wars. A power hungry freak that wants to take over the world declaring his race as the best putting the rest in camps." Kyra says
"We have video of the camps being liberated and they should look similar to stuff you have seen before no?" Kyra asks knowing there is video of when the us troops had to become the grave diggers at the death camps of the Nazis. Kyra watches as that completely sane woman's face twists not wanting the answer she got.
"How about your use of American technology?" She asks
"You mean technology i developed and built on my own, with nothing but designs from the 60s to go off of?" Kyra asks although the pipboy did have some stuff but it was Cold War era not a lot she had to engineer the F-22 just knowing it's parameters and basic design. In all honesty what she made could probably out preform the original.
"You admit to stealing United States tech then!"
"So you want my property then?" Kyra asks with a smile.
"You want the property of a foreign nation because it is better than yours?" Kyra asks with a smile.
"I mean I can understand that but can you actually handle the responsibility giving you that tech would create?" Kyra asks with a smile.
"We are one of the most powerful nations in this world of course we can." That same woman says with a self righteous smile.
'Seriously... our the congressional representatives really like this?' Kyra wonders worried for the country.
"Can I ask what state you are the representative of?" Kyra asks
"California." She says
"Ah, got it. Quick question how many nukes has the United States lost?" Kyra asks
"..." a lot of representatives go silent at that.
"Have you ever found the one lost in Georgia yet? I mean with how long ago you lost the hydrogen bombs it's obviously leaked enough radiation to have been found by now right? You've found it right?" Kyra asks in a voice sounding like a young innocent girl.
"Ah right, you've gotten them all back but 6." Kyra says
"Wait a minute!"
"Can you also tell me, how many times have you accidentally bombed Mexico?" Kyra asks
Watching them all go silent silent.
"And you think your ready to handle weapons and tech that is arguably more dangerous?" Kyra asks
As one of them tries to raise an objection.
"If you want my property you can't have it." Kyra says with a smile.
"Now is there anything else you wanna talk about or was this whole thing a farce?" Kyra asks
