Chapter 61: Ch 60: RWBYS vs Ace-Ops

Kyra Soru's away and appears on a roof for a good vantage point. Swapping to rubber bullets, they should still hurt like hell. She doesn't want to kill the Ace-Ops after all.
After the last Grimm are dealt with the group watching makes their move.
Yang suddenly dodged over sized clackers that are thrown at her.
"We got company!" Yang shouts
"There's a speedster." Kyra says through her headset seeing Harriet
Suddenly a bolt of lightning rushes at Ruby, after their attempt at capturing failed. Ruby suddenly burst into petals making Harriet chase her.
"Your group is suspected of using an unauthorized ship. To make an unauthorized landing followed by an unauthorized use of weapons. Smuggling, human trafficking*points at Weiss who according to her father was kidnapped.*, stealing Atlas military tech, destruction of military technology, obstruction of justice, espionage, and terrorism." Clover Ebi says basically throwing the book at them. On top of all of that, his way of talking is managing to piss everyone off. It seems like he is looking down on them.
"Kyra could you handle this? Osaka needs a break I'm low on ammo and I think Yang is about to break them." Blake says
"Yeah it's kinda awkward for me to fight them." Weiss says recognizing the group that just tried to apprehend them.
"*sigh* fine." Kyra say into her microphone lining up a shot on clover to give her cover.
A bang is heard as a rubber bullet strikes the four leaf clover on Clovers ċhėst.
The rifle man perk activates and it pierces his aura.
Elm, Vine, and Marrow take cover expecting sniper fire as Vine uses his semblance to stretch his hands and pulls Clover behind a car for cover.
By the time they found cover Kyra was just on the other side of the car.
"Well, it's kinda sad... I was hoping for better from Atlas' top team." Kyra says sarcastically still pissed from their arrogant attitude.
Marrow clicks his tongue and says "Stay." but Kyra had already moved out of his visual range.
Marrow looks around to see his team handcuffed with aura draining hand cuffs.
"Stark!" Elm shouts recognizing the girl.
"If she's Stark. then we just attacked team Rubies didn't we?" Clover asks going pale.
"Bingo." Kyra says sounding livid. She left an afterimage as Marrow is handcuffed and had a gag shoved in his mouth to keep him from using his semblance.
"Kinda disappointed. You would rather watch us than kill Grimm to help defend your own citizens. Or is Mantel just not worth anything to you people from Atlas." Kyra says noticing a line of rose petals followed by lighting heading towards her.
"Ruby! Duck!" Kyra shouts throwing a fast fist that lands squarely on Harriet's solar plexus.
With Harriet knocked on to the ground.
"Decent speed and reaction time. Relies too much on speed superiority so hasn't trained in martial arts. And you seem to easily get tunnel vision." Kyra says to the Harriet on the ground gasping for breath.
Kyra slaps another pair of cuffs on her before they take them back to Pietro's pharmacy.

"What are the ace ops doing in mantel?" Pietro asks
"They just failed a mission." Kyra says throwing Marrow on to the ground.
Ruby places down Harriet and Qrow drops clover.
Yang finally sets Vine and Elm against a wall.
"Well... it was nice meeting you doctor Pietro. We should get going before their backup arrives. When my weapons done just have it dropped off at any Stark Industries store. It will get to me eventually." Kyra says while everyone follows her to the roof.
"Certainly also the gravity modifier is an amazing concept." He comments having learned new stuff from her weapon.

"What would you do if I said that was Atlas' elite of the elite. They are the squad Ironwood designed to combat Salem should the need ever arise." Kyra says getting into the Avenger.
"That was completely necessary then." Ozpin says
"Oz, tell everyone everything while I'm starting take off." Kyra says heading into the ċȯċkpit.

Several squads of Atlas hunters storm the Pharmacy.
"Doctor Pietro?" Winter asks seeing him.
"Give me a minute I'm working on getting the cuffs off." He says finally getting Clovers cuffs off with a bit of luck.
Winter looks at the state of Ace Ops.
"Report?" Winter asks somewhat shocked.
"Mission failure." Clover says
"How?" Winter asks
"It was team Rubies, they didn't seem to like our approach." Clover said trying to make team Rubies seem like the guilty party.
"That is because you tried to arrest them immediately. Not to mention the trumped up charges, and the absolute lack of common sense you had behind some of them. It should have you removed from the military." Penny says having witnessed his outrageous claims.
"Penny?" Winter asks
"Salutations, Winter." Penny says
"How did you get here I saw you-" Winter says
"Die? Yeah Kyra recovered my core along with other key parts and rebuilt me. They just left after dropping me off." Penny says
"Your mission was a scouting mission. You should have reported the group and their identity's should have been easily known. It's obvious your team is not ready for this level of authority and duty... I will talk to Ironwood when we get back about what to do with this failure. Kyra Stark is a genius, and would have been a valuable resource if you had not gone and chased her away." Winter says angrily.
"Put them on transports bring them back to Atlas as is. Penny you come too your team has been missing you.." Winter says walking out to make a call on her scroll.
