Our group of explores a currently finds themselves on the the 17th floor.
"I can't believe those cow things didn't drop beef. I mean in the video games they always drop beef." Yang says tiredly.
"I think it would be tenderized with how much you punched them." Weiss says
"It's not my fault I ran out of shells." Yang says
"To be honest, we should have brought more ammo with us. We are to used to traveling with Kyra." Ruby says
"Woah! That looks cool!" Blake says looking at a wall that looks like glass that holds a giant neatly 7 meters tall.
A woman's voice from behind them says "That would be the monster Rex Goliath. Our Familia gets contracted by the guild to kill it once every 2 weeks when it spawns."
They turn around to see a elf with green hair.
"Think we could take it?" Yang says with a smile.
"Huh?" The elf says confused.
"We wanna fight it." Ruby says with her scythe over her shoulder.
"But those things usually take a team of veteran..... wait, aren't you the familia from the bar? The one that is responsible for Bete's debt?" The elf suddenly asks
"Um, that would be our captains fault and not ours." Weiss says
"Huh! It's you brats!" An arrogant voice could be heard coming from down the tunnel.
Suddenly the wall holding the Goliath begins to crack.
"We don't have time Weiss!" Ruby shouts.
"Got it!" Weiss replies spinning the chamber on her rapier and stabs it into the ground.
"What are you brats doi-" Bete could be heard yelling as a wall of ice blocks them off.
Only muffled yelling could be heard along with Bete hitting the extremely strong ice.
Suddenly the rest of the Loki familia can be seen running up to the ice wall.
Yang waves at the animatedly doing a bit of taunting.
Suddenly a hand brakes out of the wall behind. Yang.
"Ready everyone!?" Osaka asks yelling.
"What why?" Yang asks turning around to see the Goliath break out of the wall with a massive roar.
"Oh!" Yang says
Suddenly the Goliath brings its hands together and slams them down directly on top of Yang who catches them. Similar to what she did with the atlesian Paladin in rwby.
"Wow! This thing heavy!" Yang shouts from inside a small crater as her aura flickers around her being nearly drained from that one attack.
"Got your back sis!" Ruby shouts almost flying in at the speeds she was going. swinging her scythe at the wrists and cutting off the Goliath's hands.
"Thanks for the Hand, Hands Sis!" Yang shouts as her eyes turn red and hair seems to catch fire. She throw the hands back at the Goliath face full force.
Meanwhile Blake wraps up the Goliath's legs with her grappling hook.
As it gets hit in the face the entire head recoils as the Goliath fails to take a step back and falls over.
"Weiss!" Ruby shouts.
The ground suddenly rises and wraps itself around the Goliath trapping it.
The Goliath roars again in defiance as it is slowly whittled away to till its death with Ruby removing limbs. Weiss targeting its muscles. Blake doing the same as Weiss. Yang is terrifying creating small craters in its body. Osaka didn't really do much other than watch.
The group high five each other excitedly.
Ruby turns around to see the Loki familia staring at them jaws dropped.
