While Evan and the others aspired to quell the chaos in the X Space, back within the world outside, there were similar changes. During the time of the sudden notice, there were many who had different reactions from the humans of the Earth World.
Far away within the distant desert of the Arabian Empire, there was a nation surrounded by dunes. It was a highly advanced city built such that it could even levitate a few dozen feets as if it could move through the desert. Its buildings were mostly like that of an ancient Arabian style, with a tinge of futuristic elements.
At this time, within a large Arabian style palace, in its courtyard, a callous looking man that wore a turban stood in silence as he overlooked the city. He currently faced the front as a few men with fantasy-style equipment were kneeling behind him.
"Hmm... as he foretold, how truly fascinating..." The man with the turban said with an odd smile on his face.
Suddenly, a few footsteps were heard from behind the man, as a muscular man appeared. He walked up towards him and spoke while handing over an envelope on a platter, "Sir Barakat, it's arrived..."
Barakat looked at this with a smile as he thought, 'Let's see what's his next plans are...'
Following this, Barakat took up the envelope and went towards a private room, the scene now one of silence as no knew what he was thinking about, no one knew of the secrets within it.

Within the Southern Artic Society, a region filled with ice and snow was a city built at the core of a snowy mountain. It was a beautiful place that could quickly bring awe to any who saw it due to its artistic architecture, and unique shaped buildings.
At the core of the ice city, there was a palace with many crystals and shards around it. At the heart of this palace, within a neatly decorated room was a thirty-plus woman with cold and icy air that sat on a throne and wore a crystal headband along with a blue dress.
This woman stared at a letter before her, much like that sent to Bakrart. She soon spoke as if speaking to herself, "So... he's truly beginning to take his actions. I want to see the future your dreaming of..."
Following her words, she placed away from the letter and stared towards the distant horizon that trailed towards the northern regions.

In the Cold Moon Empire, with a polished palace that symbolizes a crescent moon on a series of hoist flags. A beautiful young woman with long brown hair and a moon marking on her forehead, bathed within a large tub. Her gorgeous and slender figure with abundance all over, not viewable to many, now fully exposed, revealing its splendor during this private moment.
As she laid back resting, her fingers played with each strand of her hair as she hummed an unknown tune, but suddenly, a noise was heard from outside the bathing room.
"Princess Jana, the letter has arrived," A voice said.
Jana, hearing this opened her closed eyes, revealing a clear set of blue pupils, she gazed at the direction of the subordinate who was merely a silhouette behind a glass door as she spoke, "Leave it there and go back to your affairs,"
The attendant bowed and spoke, "As the princess wishes,"
Not long after, only Jana was left alone in the room, her eyes flashed as she stared at the door where the shadow of a small container was resting as she thought to herself, 'A leader that guides us to the correct path, hmm, I shall see where your ambition takes us.'
Her thoughts have an odd intent, as the world around her seemed to be affected, covering everything within the room in an intense smog.

Unlike the Arabian Empire, Southern Arctic Society, and Cold Moon Empire, the other nations such as the Russain Empire, Ugandia Nation, and Asian Empire didn't get such notices, but that didn't stop them from falling into a great shock because of the sudden news.
In fact, not only them, even the MSS within the Morning Star Empire was currently in a major commotion as the meeting room was now jammed packed with all high military officials.
Section Chief Sigor looked at everyone, running his eyes over Alan, Angeline, Black Spider, and the others with a dark look.
"What do you all think of this situation?" Sigor asked with a stern look on his face.
Alan shook his head and replied, "Chief, I',m not sure myself; we've never heard anything like this, and based on what we've learned about RADA, not even their data showed that there are any possibilities of such a change occurring to a Rift Quest."
"That's right; we had thoroughly inspected every detail from what we've stolen, I highly believe that even they, despite their mysteriousness, didn't expect the sudden change..." Angeline added as well with a look of certainty.
Sigor frowned at this as he thought, 'Darn, then if it's like this, what do we do from here on out? How will the incoming war change? It's already bad as it is with the current bastards that have us completely surrounded.'
As Sigor was thinking, he couldn't help but cast a look towards a few of the surrounding screens; there, one would see a variety of images showing countless Flesh Mutants that blocked off the entire Earth Sector, a few kilometers away.
Sigor gripped his fists tightly with a look of uncertainty, a few other officials also had similar looks as they didn't know how to proceed from here onwards.
Alan seeing this sighed before a firm look came on his face, slammed the desk with one had rousing everyone from their dull moon.
When everyone turned to look at him, Alan spoke with a clear tone, "Everyone, there's no need to be worried, even if there's a change, we still have hope... that special project and new prototypes of the Mad Duo. Even without this, we have our soldiers, each with a burning passion for our race's glory. We even have those brave brats fighting even now in the outside world, who knows what kind of dangers they are facing? How can we hold back simply because of a sudden change?"
As they all heard this, their eyes brightened, as they knew what Alan was referring towards, Sigor seemed to have thought about a few things, his eyes soon grew firmer as well, as he spoke, "Yes... that's right! We still have them, and while they will be handling everything on the outside, it is our duty as soldiers of the MSS to deal with the rest!"
The other soldiers hearing this felt proud; they knew their duty, their purpose to humankind, no matter what kinds of dangers or unexpected comes, their duty will always remain the same.
"We will not give up!" A few of the MSS officials said, the looks in their eyes, shining no differently from a burning flame.
Alan looked at this with pride, as he thought to himself, 'Yes, that's it, we'll handle anything that pops up over here, so Evan, Rick, I'll leave that side to you guys, don't let us down.'
As Alan pondered, his eyes shifted towards the side, gazing towards the distance, Angeline stared at him with a smile as she grabbed his sleeve, the two sharing similar thoughts even despite the unknown.

Currently, the atmosphere wasn't good, as typically the crimson mask man wouldn't even condone taking a seat above everyone as their direct superior.
However, today, it would seem that there was something different, his aura was wild as if he was in a rage, his gleaming red eyes shining as he spoke in a cold tone, "Who can explain to me what happened? Where did the 'Error' come from in the Rift System?"
The air here growing cold, as no spoke for a while, the tension rising as if the plans of RADA had now taken an entirely different turn. Yet, despite all of the current changes and disturbances, there was another who had a different kind of response, a lone individual that now headed towards a remote and dangerous area with an unusual agenda.
