The ruin city was a sprawling metropolis of crumbling stone structures, ornate pillars, and intricate carvings.
Its architecture was a testament to a long-lost era, its grandeur now a stark contrast to the barrenness of the desert.
Towering temples, collapsed marketplaces, and dilapidated homes formed the city's intricate maze, each structure whispering secrets of the past.

"Are you this confident about everything or just pretending?" She couldn't help but ask.
"Why would I need to pretend? I'd rather not do something or do it with everything I've got," he responded, reaching out to hold her hand. "Therefore, since I'm here, everything will be fine."
Listening to this, Huang Yin couldn't help but relax and rest her head on his shoulder, whispering, "Thank you."
The couple stood on the boat, looking at the reflection of the yellow sun on the sea surface. Suddenly, they heard a strong tide of waves coming from a distance and a voice filled with panic.

Before Huang Yin and Su Yen could process what was going on, they saw a half-destroyed ship sailing at great speed toward them.
On the pirate ship, only a couple of people were on the deck, with fresh blood splattered everywhere. Behind them was a massive beast, the Warlock Shark.
The Warlock Sharks were beasts that hunted their targeted prey relentlessly. They were persistent, vengeful, and moved in groups. Killing a single Warlock Shark would make you an enemy of the school of sharks.
However, Warlock Sharks rarely came to the surface and didn't randomly hunt humans. It was an iron rule on the sea never to hunt a Warlock Shark.
Thus, watching a Warlock Shark in hot pursuit left Huang Yin speechless. "Are these pirates crazy enough to hunt a Warlock Shark?" She said in dismay.
Just then, the pirates saw Huang Yin and Su Yen and started screaming. "Help us..."
Hearing this, Huang Yin didn't bat an eye and controlled the boat to take another route from the pirates. However, what she heard next made her crease her brow.
"The sea beasts have gone berserk, and they're hunting everything in their path," the pirate captain yelled, trying to get Huang Yin and Su Yen's attention.
"What do you mean they've gone berserk?" Su Yen asked.
"Help us kill the Warlock Shark, and I'll tell you everything I know," he responded quickly as he watched the shark getting closer.

Seeing the blue blood floating on the sea surface, the pirates' hearts froze for a moment, with gasps escaping from their mouths.

"Will you start talking or do you want to follow after the Warlock Shark?" Huang Yin asked, her voice laced with bone-chilling coldness.
