"I wonder who the new owners are?" Eunha pondered while putting on her apron.

Yesterday, after the restaurant closed, the manager announced that Bianchi was sold to a new owner. They offered to pay three times the original value of the restaurant. Today, the new owner was to officially coming for dinner. The restaurant was booked out for the special guests.

Since the last owner didn't interfere with the restaurant, Yoona didn't care too much about the news. As long as she got paid, she was fine.

Yoona shrugged. "I have no idea. I just hope they are nice."

Eunha nodded. She moved a short strand of her hair behind her ears. "Yeah, let's hope nothing involving payment changes, unless it's an increase."

Then Eunha giggled. She grabbed Yoona's arm and swung it back and forth affectionately while displaying a knowing smile. "What if the new owner is that attractive guy from yesterday? The one that gave you that enormous tip?"

"I doubt it," Yoona replied.

When Yoona told her about the large tip, Eunha freaked out. While jumping up and down, she had a huge smile on her face. Her first words was that this dude was marriage material.

Of course, Yoona responded with a no. She didn't even know the customer that well.

Eunha couldn't stop babbling about the rich tipper saying that this was fate. In her heart, their ship had already sailed.

"Come on," Eunha teased. "There's a possibility. I mean, the guy literally gave you a ten thousand dollar tip. Clearly he's got the money to spend."

If the new owner was the mysterious man from yesterday; Yoona didn't know whether or not to be excited or frightened. Although he gave her the money, she wasn't sure what his exact intentions were. Did he truly like her service and thought she deserved the money? Or was there more to the exchange?

Who knows? Only time would tell.

"Eunha, you hype up that man too much. We don't know his intentions. What if he's a psychopath?"

The sudden deep voice, interfering with their conversation was no other than Lucas. He was leaning against the door of the main worker's room. Since he had just arrived, he was wearing his usual attire.

A leather jacket was layered over a black shirt and paired with knee-ripped black pants. In his hands he was twirling his motorcycle keys.

Eunha snorted. "Don't be negative bad boy wannabe."

"I'm being realistic, miss desperate," Lucas retorted.

His attention went back to Yoona. "But seriously. A rich guy, whom you've never met, gives you a large ass tip. Doesn't that sound suspicious? No offence but no guy would do it from the kindness of his heart."

As the voice of reason, she trusted Lucas's words. Yoona nodded. "That's true."

Eunha wanted to protest. "But-"

"Besides," Lucas interrupted. "Yoona, you are obviously pretty. You've experienced old men paying larger tips in hopes of becoming your sugar daddy. Yeah sure, the customer yesterday was young and handsome. But so what? We shouldn't base his personality solely on his visuals. I'm not saying he isn't a nice dude, but you have to be cautious about this stuff. It's not a black and white world out there."

Eunha let out a sigh of defeat. As much as she wanted to refute, Lucas was right. Considering the recent events involving the Moon siblings, they had to stay as cautious as possible. The rich was not to be trusted.

No matter how hot he was.

"Well, there is no sign that he's going to come back anyways," Yoona said while sending them a reassuring smile. From the atmosphere he gave off, there was a chance he was visiting from a foreign country despite his Korean ethnicity. He might not even come back.

Lucas nodded. Not necessarily agreeing with her. "If you do see him though, tell me. I'll interrogate that guy to see if he's half-decent."

He took a deep breath. "I just don't want to see you hurt again."

Yoona rolled her eyes. "You guys are acting as if I'd actually go for this dude. I just broke up with my boyfriend. No matter how hot he is, i'm not going to move on this quickly."

Though she didn't want to admit it, Jaemin's betrayal had made a huge impact on her views on dating. He was her first boyfriend. Her first love. Her first kiss. The fact that everything was fake just ruined all the positive aspects of dating for her. She needed time to recover from that.

Lucas walked over and ruffled Yoona's hair. "Smart."

"Hey!" She yelped before slapping his hands away. "You're messing up my hair."

He shook his head with a light smile before grabbing his chef outfit.

---

All the chefs began to prepare their best meals for the new owners while the servers waited in anticipation. Although there was no need for many servers, the new restaurant owner wanted all the workers to be present during the dinner.

Yoona was chatting with Eunha when they were interrupted with the news that the new owner and their guests had arrived.

All of them quickly lined up near the entrance to greet them.

Yoona kept her business smile on her face, ready to give the best customer service to the new owner. She radiated amongst the others, resembling an angel.

However, her smile quickly fell when she realized who walked out the doors.

Her heart beat rapidly.

No. It can't be.

With a smirk flashing on her face, Jaeun Moon walked through the doors with her fellow groupies. When the two made eye contact, Yoona confirmed that her worst fears were true. Jaeun Moon was the new owner of the restaurant.

Tonight was going to be hell.
