His army is like a long snake meandering along the plane in a single direction towards Legion-5. And there are a lot of supreme beasts that are in desperate need of points surrounding this snake.
What increased the temptation further apart from their defenseless state is that most of the army is composed of Mana entities. There are transcendents and even Sovereigns of law that joined in because they feel that they have a higher chance of gaining citizenship this way. But they are few in number. The rest are weak. That makes this army easy pickings.
