Feisuo Plane, like many other planes controlled by Gods, and especially planes in the Divine Star Region of the Astral Boundary, had an extremely backward civilization. Gods always carefully controlled every aspect of society's development, as they depended on the faith to advance, so it was respectable that the development of the Plane would be close to zero.
Together with Venelana, Grayfia, and Hela, I entered the Plane; we immediately concealed ourselves to prevent being discovered by anyone and also to avoid unnecessary troubles. Most importantly, I wasn't fond of the idea of mingling with human worshippers.
We toured several cities around the area, where we sneaked into the Feisuo Plane. From the little information we have gathered, we found out this was a typical god-controlled plane, which greatly played into our cards.
The Feisuo Plane's human world was divided into four grades: slaves, residents, freedmen, and aristocrats. Among these, slaves and residents weren't free; they couldn't leave their lord's fief. Only freedmen and aristocrats could freely travel across the land.
Another thing was that there were significant Pantheons on this Plane. Zaliah Pantheon, Titan Pantheon, Elven Pantheon, Beastmen Pantheon, Dark Gods Pantheon, Dragon Pantheon, Sea God Pantheon. A Mighty Stage God headed each Pantheon; some stronger ones had several Mighty Stage Gods, especially the human Pantehons of Zaliah Pantheon and Titan Pantheon.
From mortals, they were pitifully weak, beyond weak, but that was to be expected, and it was done for a purpose.
Of course, the most common power systems practiced were Knights and Wizards. There were Apprentice Level 1 to 3, which was the same as Low-Class, Middle Class was divided into Wizard/Knight Level, Grand Wizard/Knight, and Arch Wizard/Knight, and finally, Legendary Knight/Wizard that was comparable to High-Class.
From then, the only path available for inhabitants of these planes was to step onto the Divine Path and become Demigod. This bastardized path of Knights and Wizards were practically the only ways for average mortals to gain some power in the world, as other paths were cut from them.
Inhabitants were deliberately made weak, so they could not resist gods. Of course, on such an enormous plane like Feisuo, some Warlock or Arcanist inheritances were found from time to time.
Still, their founders were always ruthlessly hunted down as most vile heretics, where even Gods who were bitter enemies to no end would ally to hunt them to the end of the world.
The last thing that Gods wanted was for someone to embarge on the path of Warlock or Arcanists and eventually overthrow them. Such scenarios happen from time to time. Once, even gods of Primary Grade 2 Plane were overthrown by the rebellion of inhabitants that found several sites where Holy Spirit Warlcosk and Magister Arcanists fell.
"What now? We have a basic outline of the Plane; now we need to plan our movements?"
Asked Venelana as we were strolling in some random city under concealment spells.
"Simple. We will throw the entire mortal world into enormous war and let mortals slaughter each other, which would greatly weaken gods. After gods themselves descend to stop the situation when it becomes critical, I propose opening the Gates of Hell to release fiends and weaken gods even more. Afterward, after Gods have been weakened significantly, their Divine Kingdoms were depleted, and Divine Legions are not as strong as before, we can begin our invasion. Maybe during all of that chaos, we can even assassinate some Supreme Gods and Mighty Gods."

During the planar invasion to plane controlled by gods, everyone with a good head on shoulders would look at first try to annihilate, or at least weaker, their worshippers, as Gods of the Astral Boundary were dependent on the Power of Faith.
Contrary to my Godhood, where I didn't need it and could advance my Godhood Index by myself.
Our plan in this aspect had two stages. The first would be letting mortal factions fight among themselves, and I was sure that Gods wouldn't intervene until the situation was critical. Reason for that?
Their arrogance.
Pantheons controlled all nations, meaning none gods would want to lose in the proxy war against another pantheon. So they wouldn't stop the war until it reached devastating effect, as none of them would want to lose face in front of other gods.
Afterward, we would open the Gates of Hell, straight to the Abyss, and let Fiends roam here freely. With enough luck, some Abyssal Sages would enter, kill, wreak havoc, and kill a good number of gods.
Our aim was to weaken the gods of Feuisuo by destroying their Divine Legions indirectly and weakening their Divine Kingdoms. Though, we came here to have some vacation and, most importantly, some fun... if not for that, this silent approach would be useless, and we could do it differently.
"This plan is doable. Also, we need to identify all Supreme Gods of the Feisuo Plane and their weaknesses and strengths, so we can deal with them. Are there any gods that could be used as our puppets?"
I asked with a vicious glint in my eyes.
"Yes, there are. Most specifically, gods of the Dark God Pantheon. They are an interesting bunch, as contrary to other pantheons, they are not united and are often fighting among themselves. The one that caught my eye is Goddess that is worshipped widely among Dark Elves, Spider Queen Loth."
Stated Hela, as she received some information about the gods of this Plane; surprisingly, it was from my grandson Abrasax, who sneaked in the Canghzi Plane.
In the place where he constructed his base, he captured and subjugated a large amount of the Dark Elves, who were in large numbers transported into the Baator. They worshipped this Goddess as one of their main gods.
"Then we currently have two objectives. The first is to establish pawn factions or factions that would be used by us to create more conflicts across the mortal world of the Feisuo Plane. The second is to get in contact with Spider Queen Loth."
