Arin didn’t continue to treat Lord Colin. She thought it would harm him if she tried to pull it out by force. So, she waited for him to recover, and then slowly pulled out the magic.

At night, they had dinner in Colin’s room.  And where Arin was, there was Ed. Others had been told to get a room and get a good rest.

As they were waiting in Prince Colin’s room, Henna came along with a woman.  While the maids who followed her prepared her a meal, Henna introduced the woman. She said,

“She is my mother.”

“Mrs. Colin, my name is Ed.”

“I’ve heard of it.” Mrs. Colin put her hand on her chest and bowed her head softly.  Arin and Ed also bowed their heads slightly, and Mrs. Colin shed tears as she asked Arin.

“Could my husband wake up?”

“Of course. He’ll be up and running in two days,” Arin said, and Mrs. Colin was relieved only then.

But soon tears welled up in her eyes.

“What happened to my son Farrell?”

Arin didn’t reply, but Ed spoke frankly.  He said,

“He must have been killed by the devil.”

“Would you be able to find the body?”

Ed pondered for a moment.  I don’t know if I’ll be able to get it after such a long time, but it is worth a try because there are people who can help in this area.

There was a feeling of catching a straw in Madame Colin’s eyes. A parent’s desire to collect the child’s body.

“I’m looking for it, but I think it’s best not to have high expectations.”

Mrs. Colin squeezed Ed’s hand. She said, “I’d like to ask you a favor.” She knew it was a difficult request. So she bowed her head first, even though she was an aristocrat.

Ed responded by holding her hand and looking at her. The hunting of nobles is not just hunting.  Their prey is a monster or dangerous beast, so the hunting ground is a dangerous place. That’s where the devil took Farrell’s body and stole his memories, even though he didn’t know that it was changing his body.

Maybe the people who returned with them at the time were possessed by the devil, but they didn’t even change their bodies.

Ed and Diego went to the mountains to the north of Colin Castle. The land was flat in the farther south of the kingdom, and it was a particularly conspicuous mountain.

Ed came riding Dark, and Diego followed Tom after he left the castle. Ed said looking at the mountain.

“I’m sorry I dragged you out without being able to rest.”

“I’m the right person for this job,” said Diego and summoned Juan. Juan appeared in the air and stretched with all his might.

“Is it already night?” Juan looked at Ed and Diego and smiled

“Our son is growing so fast.”

Diego shrugged at Juan’s words and said:

“Father, please help me.”

“What can I help you with?”

“There is a human who appears to be dead on this mountain, and we must find his body.”

Juan nodded at that and asked,

“How long has he been dead?”

“I think it’s been a little over a month.”

“It’s been a long time, so it won’t be easy?”

After saying that, Juan put his hand on Diego’s forehead. Ed asked as he watched Diego closing

his eyes.

“What are you doing?”

“Imparting magic. Once you’ve passed on the instructions, finding them shouldn’t be a problem.”

Ed seemed to have to pass it on through books or suffer for a long time, but seeing that he could teach it with just his hands, he realized that Diego was growing up very comfortably.

Again, Brandt is in trouble. Juan grabbed Diego’s shoulder and said that the transfer was over while he was thinking about it.

After saying that, Juan disappeared.  Diego quietly closed his eyes, then he mumbled something incomprehensible in a low voice, then opened his eyes.  His long eyes were wrapped in a mysterious green light.

Unlike Aaron who could ‘see’ with his mysterious blue eyes, these were the eyes that could only see spirits. Diego looked up at the mountain and frowned.

“Brother.”

“Why?”

“Are there too many spirits here?”

They must have come to hunt where there are monsters and beasts, so many of them must have died here. Besides, if the devil lived here, not to mention.

“I think it will be dozens or even hundreds.”

Ed sighed deeply at those words.

“Through words?”

“Hold on,”

Ed muttered as Diego held out his hand and felt his body shiver. It was invisible, but he could feel something approaching. He closes his eyes and read the wave, and there is definitely something there. Even if he cannot see it, his senses told him.

This is something he hadn’t thought of. If you can feel the spirit even without the inside of the spirit, wouldn’t you be able to feel it without being able to ‘see’ it like Aaron?

He doesn’t know if he relied too much on sight. As the level went up, the senses were also rising steadily, but since he mainly relied on only one sense, couldn’t the other senses be awakened?

So he tried to rely only on the senses.  The spirit’s energy came from nearby Diego. And Dark’s breath and heartbeat could be heard as he rode. And with the sound of leaves rubbing as the wind blew, the world felt different.

As he concentrated on that sense, his senses gradually expanded and began to spread out into the world. Through the sound of the leaves hitting each other, the shape of the tree and the shape of the forest began to be drawn.

It is what it looks like drawn into the image. In a world where everything is black and white, Ed ‘saw’ the ghost facing Diego.

“Brother. I think we should go inside the forest.”

Ed slowly opened his eyes. When he opened his eyes again, he couldn’t see the ghost, but he could feel him there. It may still take a bit of adaptation due to the distance from the perspective, but the world has changed.

“Let’s go.”

That didn’t mean that he didn’t need Diego’s help, he only knows that there is a spirit, and he can’t even figure out whether the spirit is an ally or an enemy.  Diego rode Tom and walked ahead, as Ed rode his horse and concentrated on grasping what he realized.

Above Diego’s circle, the commands were increasing one by one. It resembles a fire moth flocking to a light.

“Diego.”

“Yes?”

“Are you able to talk to the demons?”

“I still do.”

“You shouldn’t be swept away for nothing.”

The spirits are literally the dead. You can’t stay sane when you’re swept away by such people. Diego burst out laughing at that.

“Brother, the commander doesn’t dare say words, until I allow it.”

That confident look. Diego must have been growing up as a necromancer.

While riding in the dark, a forest that was difficult for horses to enter appeared. Diego stood in front of him for a moment and said.

“I think we’ll have to go inside. But I think we’ll have to leave Dark behind.”

Edgar looked back. Dark is an excellent horse. If you encounter a monster or beast at night like this, that alone is dangerous.

“Leave Tom alone, so we can avoid danger.”

Diego got off Tom and stroked his hair, as Tom rubbed his head in his hands and lay down next to Dark, chin on his front feet.

Ed patted Dark on the neck and went into the woods with Tom. Ed entered the forest and realized that this place was the dwelling place of the devil from the spirits he felt everywhere. He said,

“Looks like you’ve been here.”

“How did you know?”

“I think there are a lot of spirits here.”

“You can’t see it, how do you know that?”

Ed didn’t dare tell him that he had opened his eyes. He just smiled and said to Diego.

“Come on, let’s try to find it.”

“Follow me.”

Diego drew his dagger and took the lead, smashing the trees. Following Diego, Ed drew his bow just in case.

“It’s okay.” Diego smiled as he walked along, but Ed found it odd as he walked with him.

The movements of the spirits became busier, and something changed.

“Diego.”

“Yes?”

“Come behind me,”

Diego tilted his head at Edgar’s words and stood behind him. And he looked ahead and asked.

“But why?”

“Something is strange.”

You can feel it without seeing it.  The sensation on his skin was warning him.  Ed put two arrows on the string. And he injected magical energy into the bow of freezing.

Since the spirit is a spirit body, normal arrows do not work against them. While Ed was concentrating on Diego, he believed in him and waited for him because he had never done it without a reason.

In front of Diego’s eyes, the demons around him were sucked into his eyes.  Seeing the spirits being sucked into the depths of the forest gave him a creepy feeling.

“Brother!”

“I know.”

He didn’t know what was wrong, but he knew that something was going on. Because he could feel the spirits gathering.

“Can you see that?”

“I see. The spirits are gathering by some force and they are suffering terribly.”

“Is it the power of the devil?”

“There’s something with demonic powers. And I think it worked.”

It just didn’t work and it worked when Ed and Diego came? Is it Ragrox? Is it Nef Sael?  No matter who it is, if something is being made here, you have to deal with it.

Wee hee hee…..

Is it a ghost song? Is it the wind?

Ed knew that what was happening in front of him was about to become something new, swallowing up the spirits around him. And he didn’t want to just watch it.

Even from a deep perspective, it is getting stronger and stronger as it attracted all the surrounding spirits. He had no intention of looking at it. Ed’s two arrows flew at the same time. An arrow filled with pure white cold flew and hit something that was waking up.

It was only after shooting the arrow that he was able to recognize the exact size.  The strange shape with a radius of more than 20 meters froze all the spirits that were being drawn. Two energy spurted out from inside the huge ice.

Darkness darker than the darkness of Changcheon appeared. Those two spirits killed all the spirits trapped in the ice.

“Huh?”

The experience points for each spirit are small, but the number is not one or two.  Hundreds of those experience points are accumulated and accumulated, so the insufficient experience points fill up.  It wasn’t enough to level up, but it was surprisingly enough for the experience of coming and picking up a corpse.

Ed walked over there with a satisfied smile on his accumulated experience.  There were so many skeletons piled up like a mountain that it was impossible to count them. And there was an unusual skeleton at the top of Skull Mountain. The arrow was lodged in the skull.

“This is it.”

The skull studded with arrows was a crystal skull large enough to fit in the palm of your hand. The arrow was stuck in the hole where the two eyes of the skull should be.

Ed drew his arrow and picked up the crystal skull. Diego followed him, looked at the skull, and said.

“What is that?”

Ed shrugged and looked over the skull.  Then Juan appeared behind Diego’s back and widened his eyes.

“Why is it here?”
