There were a lot of humans, but other races weren't foreign.

Only in times when it was conventional to voice out the race difference did those villagers use it for their advantage.
The villager kid just did it right now.
"What? I am also human… I am half-human, but I am still human! And what is your problem?" Kuro tried to be understanding as the punch just threw him off the balance. It didn't hurt at all and he could even pounce back at the brat with stronger force.
But the villager kid misunderstood that.
He smiled widely, exposing his teeth, "Have you seen humans with wolf ears?! Your father doesn't have one, but it doesn't mean you are human! You are a monster who brings calamity to us!"
In short, Kuro got so much attention from village kids that those small ladies didn't want to play with others.
Kuro finally faced the jealousy, but he didn't know the crux of it.
He just bit his lips and stopped from shouting. Inside him, an anger began to sprout out.
This anger was because of this brat calling him a monster! A stronger wolf was about to pounce at the villager kid, but other kids finally noticed this exchange.
"Don't hurt, Kuro!" A lot of small ladies gathered before Kuro to protect him. They spread their arms widely and formed a wall that soothed the young wolf's anger.
He thanked them brightly, "Thank you!"
Then from behind, his sister skipped the way forward and shouted, "Bad kid! I hate you!" She waved her plush toy at him, "Bad things happen to people I hate!" Leaving the curse, Riley turned around and hugged her brother.
And from afar, Kyoya was looking at the incident with an expressionless face.
Xiaoxioa had been laughing a lot though and Xaya was rather proud of her daughter who just threatened another brat perfectly to protect her brother's future.
"It's in lineage!" Xiaoxiao chuckled, "Small Kuro has great self-control, so we don't have to worry about his future!" She cheered and Kyoya smiled broadly as he also saw through his son's anger!
Both parents looked with content at their children.

"Father, am I a monster?" Kuro asked during the dinner.
"I guess so," The father answered, causing Kuro to drop his pork, "Well, I am a monster for sure." These words somewhat confused Kuro, but he felt much better.
Taking another piece from today's hunt, Kuro probed further, "Why are you a monster, father?"
"Because the monsters survive in this world… And for a monster, I am pretty good-looking, right?" Kyoya pushed his black-white hair behind and made some handsome impressions.
His daughter laughed and raised her pork at him, "Don't play during the meal, father!" She waved her pork, then a piece of meat shot up and hit that handsome husband.
Riley went wide and dropped her pork, "Eh."
"Don't go Eh and apologize to father and Kuro," Xaya said while eating elegantly. Every dinner, Riley had been trying to imitate this way of eating, but she often failed and continued to eat by burying pork more than it should.
"Sorry, father! Hehe!" Riley was fine as the father wasn't hurt and his face already got cleaned by Xaya's handkerchief.
At least half of it went into the meat pieces which was clearly not so elegant, but rather wild.
"Monsters should team-up with monsters then. Tomorrow, we will go and meet another aunt and my friends. They also have children and you will finally get proper friends."
"Will they like us?" Kuro asked, his eyes down on the table, "You can't be friends with everyone… What if they won't like our wolf ears?"
"Then… You will have to wait." Kyoya answered. He felt like his wife was about to say something too vicious, so he hit Xaya's back before saying anything. She nearly choked, but Kyoya also passed water fast.
"But we are similar, so don't worry much. Just don't try to act and be yourself. You want people to like you, not someone you have created for attention. Remember it too, Riley." To the husband's words, the kids nodded and the dinner continued.
After the dinner, Xaya took Riley with her to wash the plates.
However, before even the water could flow out of the faucet, Riley noticed someone standing before the house.
This person was clad in the robe from top to bottom and looked strange.
"Mom, there is someone!" Riley pointed and Xaya glanced.
Her eyes narrowed, "Filth…"
As she spotted the unusual aura around this man, the black robes suddenly fell and exposed the appearance…
This appearance belonged to a demon.
A red skin and face with two goat horns.
"There is a monster, mom!" Riley commented, but she felt safe with her mom close.
Soon, Kyoya, Kuro and Xiaoxiao also approached the window and glanced at this demon.
Now that he had the whole attention on himself, the demon shouted, "The last part of Divine Demon's inheritance. I will get it from you, you little sneaky shits! Who would've thought that you would hide so low and in this stinky rural village?"
"Mom, it's not stinky. What is he talking about?" Riley asked.
Xaya replied, "You will never understand filth."
"I see! He has a different nose! It's longer and sharper! Ugly!" Riley acted as if she understood her mother.
Kyoya then scratched his hair, "Oh, yeah… This inheritance… I even got a clue from another demon about the second guy with this, but I had been ignoring it ever since… I mean, at this point, it didn't seem that useful at all… And Feet Cultivation no longer helps us…"

"That's no good… If Rosa's family dies… Hey, thanks for coming." Kyoya smiled and took out his knife, "I will fulfill your wish and enter those divine demons in the future."
