I tried to sense those powerful signatures as well. After all, they were the most vast and distinct signatures I had ever sensed. Even the life force of Darkseid, Trigon, Nekron, and Mobius paled in comparison. There was just a distinct feel to it, which made me sure I could detect them at a large distance. Perhaps it was just the fact that it belonged to beings that knew how to use it, who could manipulate it to create all kinds of effects.

Still, even with these vast life forces out in the multiverse, I wasn't able to sense them. The distance between the universes had to be too incredibly enormous if I couldn't find them. Although sensing beyond this universe was difficult, it wasn't an insurmountable challenge with the boost my wish gave me. Of course, they could just suppress their ki to prevent us from sensing them, but that would reduce their speed incredibly.

However, since I couldn't sense them, they had to be far away or in hiding. I was a couple of hundred times more powerful than I was before my wish and that didn't exclude my senses. My ki control, senses, battle IQ, and melee, all improved massively. The only thing I was missing was the raw power. I could just focus on increasing my power until I reached Super Saiyan Blue.

SSG was something that ran through the blood of these descendants and it would help me jump-start my battle strength into the domain of the gods, but there was a lot more for me to discover and unlock. Super Saiyan Blue was something Shallot hadn't even touched upon as he opted on churning more natural power from his bloodline.

Not to mention, that his experience had told me how to use Super Saiyan 3. It was as flawed as Kakarot had used it against Babidi, but it certainly pulled more power out of the Super Saiyan power, which might help me if I decided to go Super Saiyan 4 in the future-

"What the hell was that?" Giblet murderously glared at me and instantly wrapped his hand around my neck. He squeezed slightly as the aura around him continued to burn a fiery red. I grabbed his wrist and tried to pull it away, but he didn't budge. His expression was dark and I could tell he was furious for whatever reason. "What did you do??" He asked as his hold tightened up.

I pushed my newfound strength, causing a gray aura to appear around me. With my heightened power, the hold he had on me seemed more manageable, but as soon as I tried to remove it, it strengthened a lot. Of course, a furious Saiyan had to be difficult to deal with, I shouldn't expect any less."H-how... about...loosening up? I can't talk."

Only after saying that he loosened his grip a bit before finally letting go. His aura around him also lessened to a calm before a storm. We both didn't want our ambushers to be attracted to our place again. A battle inside the universe would spell doom for all life here.

Although I could accept some casualties during a battle, I wasn't going to invite the total eradication of a universe for a fight I could avoid. For that reason, I also didn't just brush him off after turning legendary, despite the fact that I knew I could confidentially take him on now. At least, our power would be a lot closer.

After he let go, my neck was sore to the touch, almost like he burned my flesh with his aura. Even without seeing my neck, I knew there was probably an imprint of his hand burned around my neck. "What do you mean?" I asked as I thought about what could have made him so upset. Did my attack at the end not allow him to escape? That should have been a good thing, right? Or was it disadvantageous for me to kill my enemies instead of fleeing like he wanted me to?

He glared at me as if to see whether I truly didn't know what I did. "Show me the crystal." He demanded. Was he mad that I used another wish or... did he sense that I assimilated with his brother's soul? I obliged and pulled out the Omnificence Crystal and showed it to him.

The previous resplendent orange divine glow of the crystal that was typical for a dragon ball wasn't to be found anymore. It looked washed out, grey, almost as if it was on the verge of turning into stone. He only glanced at it before turning his sharp gaze at me again.

"What did you wish for?"

"For a power to survive, to crush my enemies," I stated truthfully. Perhaps I hadn't directed this wish consciously towards the crystal, but it fulfilled it as if I did.

"What did it do?" It seemed like he was aware that this power had taken something important from him and he would be correct to assume it. He had thought that I was his brother, but it was probably just his soul still slumbering, shattered inside the crystal and the body.

"It fused your brother's soul with mine." His face was cold. It didn't twitch or grimace. He just continued to stare at me. I wasn't sure what was going through his mind, but I could tell that murdering me was definitely something on his mind, especially with his next question.

"Then who are you?" His voice was distinctively neutral.

"I am Shallot," I answered with no hesitation. I had shed my human self and transformed beyond it. However, "I am Nathan," that didn't mean my past was completely irrelevant. Even disregarding my past life as a human, I was still Nathan, boyfriend to the most beautiful women of this reality and protector of Portland.

Hearing my answer, Giblet made a difficult expression, not knowing what to do with the information I had given him. I had admitted that I wasn't his brother before, but he never seemed convinced. It looked like whatever he noticed had convinced him that I wasn't and at the same time now became him. These were strange times indeed. He nodded after several moments of us just hovering in space.

"I had hoped he was still alive, but I guess I was just chasing after his legacy." His eyes seemed to bore into me. I wasn't going to retort his words as I knew whatever I said wouldn't make his mood any better. "At least, I know now." He said with a sigh that released all the tension inside his body.

The god ki around his body was retracted and he dropped back into his base. He closed his eyes and tilted his head back before stretching slightly. He then shook his head. "We should move away from here." He said before he put his hand on my shoulder and teleported us away again.

I could tell that we not only moved location inside the universe but the entire universe as a whole. The sensation that I got from the new location was pretty similar to the one that I got from his 'center', which meant we were back to square one or there was another universe that was as rigid as this one. He brought us back to his house on the island where we stayed the last time.

Or rather he dropped me off, "I have some thinking to do. You can stay here for now. Use this card if you want to buy something. The league pays." He said before vanishing to god knows where. I couldn't even sense his ki anymore, which meant he either suppressed it to not be detectable anymore or he just moved universes again.

I glanced around at the empty house before deciding to move outside. Several dozens of meters away was a sand beach, which I directly headed towards. I didn't have to pull off my shoes as they were destroyed during my battle against the four just now. My outfit was in tatters in general, but it wasn't like I had a pocket dimension where I could just pull out more clothes.

The sand found its way between my toes as I walked through the warm sand. The sun wasn't particularly glaring as there were more than a few clouds covering the sky. It was still warm enough to stay out in a T-Shirt as a human.

I stood right at the edge where the ocean waves met the sand and motioned the Kamehameha moves, pointing towards the ocean. Of course, I didn't release any ki. At that moment, I felt a bit melancholy for some reason. I was just imagining what it would be like if I had been reborn into the dragon ball universe. Would I have trained with Muten Roshi or with the other Z-Warriors?

What about Giblet? Would we have fought like he and Shallot did when Zahha manipulated the two brothers? These were questions I would never get the answer to, but at that moment I still liked to imagine the mundane training before dropping back first into the sand. I watched the clouds drift away slowly as my thoughts wandered to the battle I had just now.

There wasn't really anything I could do besides that. I didn't really have any relation to this universe's people and I was too exhausted to train or explore the world before a rest, so I opted for the next best thing if I couldn't do anything physically laborious.

A habit that I had formed ever since I woke up as Shallot. Reviewing a previous fight was helpful to avoid making the same mistakes twice. The fight recapped in my mind, from the first appearance until after we had escaped and waited for another ambush that never came. They were well-prepared and would have more than enough manpower to take just the two of us out.

Fortunately for us, Giblet had been able to take most of them on his own, leaving the weak minions to me. As for the fact that I made enemies with 4 cosmic beings by killing their avatars? How could I care about that after they had already shown their motivation to kill me? Whether I pissed them off now didn't really make any difference any longer. They knew of me even beforehand, so killing them was the only correct option.

Just as I was contemplating when I could and when I should face their real self as they were bound to make more problems for me, a familiar life force appeared in my senses. I rose up from the sand and turned towards it. It wasn't far. On the same planet. Without waiting for a second longer, I teleported toward her.

The surroundings changed and I could see her backside at the edge of the building I found myself standing on. I was about to call out to her when my legs almost gave out on me, forcing me to drop on one knee. "Right, I was low on energy," I muttered. Should have eaten something beforehand.

My sudden appearance seemed to have attracted Felicia's attention causing her to turn towards me. Her eyes widened and she immediately pounced at me before helping me to lean against the edge of the wall. "Holy shit. What a coincidence! Never would I have thought, you would be in the universe I was relieving of their treasures! You know Kara is already mad and worried as fuck. You should probably go back soon." She said as she wryly looked at me before noticing my beat-up state. "You good?"

"Yeah, just a lot more powerful enemies than I thought. I won't die for now, but I am kind of stuck on this earth here for now. You don't mind taking me with you, do you?" I asked as I glanced at the arm bracelet that she wore, which was styled familiarly Almeracian. Something I was pretty sure she had stolen from them as Maxima had hinted at multiple times already.

"Sorry, it doesn't really work with portals as it only brings things inside this bag here. It is more like a boomerang and I don't think I can bring you with me." She said with a frown.

"And probably just long enough to complete your heist, I presume?" I couldn't help but smile as I thought about it.

"Obviously, why would I need to hang out for longer? In fact, I can even cut the time short if I find myself in a pinch." She answered with an exaggerated roll of her eyes, though she seemed eager to tell me about her little gadget. "I guess I will tell the others that you need someone to get you. Are you being followed right now?" She asked a bit more quietly before looking around, expecting someone or something to show their ugly face.

"No, not right now. They would also not be something you could deal with. They are gone for now. I could probably rest and train until I can take them on before going back, but it would probably take a while before I find a way back. So, it would be much appreciated if you could speed up the process."

"That's what I was planning on doing." She suddenly seemed to have thought of something and zipped open the cleavage part of her costume before she reached in between her breasts to pull something out. It was a nutrient bar. "Looks like you need some." She winked before she sat next to me.

"How have you been? I heard the training was rough." I asked as I relaxed against the cement wall and watched the clouds, while she insisted on feeding me the bar.

She snorted. "The usual. The training isn't that bad if I wasn't being cock-blocked by your Kryptonian pet." I couldn't help but raise an eyebrow. During their training, she had barely visited my home from what I was sensing if it wasn't for training. Besides, I was rarely at home during the past month as well, so it couldn't be me. Though I doubted that Kara would prevent her to make a move on some other guy, except... it's not a guy. I glanced at her and thought that she and Maxima had been awfully close since forever. It couldn't be, right? "You have a new target?"

I asked, causing her to look at me confused. "No? What gave that expression?"

I shrugged, not really sure how sensitive it was to tell her my suspicion, but I really disliked misunderstandings, so I just opened my mouth without thinking too deeply about it. "I thought you and Maxima were..." I left that sentence unfinished but the implication was made, which caused her expression to morph into disbelief before grimacing until it ended with her looking at me as if I was an idiot.

"What? Kara hadn't made things difficult between us the few times we had met since training."

"And whose fault is that we rarely meet?? *Sigh* You really need to get your jealous girl in check, her floating with that red glowing eyes is terrifying, especially since she is crazy enough to go through her threats. I like my clit and nips where they belong, thank you."

"She is still jealous? Thought she left that behind after inviting Raven and Diana, opening a whole ass harem for me."

"Yeah, right." She rolled her eyes again. "It's because she approves of their love or something. I mean come on! What's so wrong about wanting to be railed by a chiseled Saiyan, who can choke you out and hold you up at the same time with just one hand?! I mean wanting to be fucked into the bed until my legs shiver and toes curl up in pleasure is absolutely normal to want! With your endless stamina..."

Kara still being jealous reintroduced a headache, but I wasn't going to lie and say her being territorial wasn't kind of hot. In a bad way, of course. I would need to put her in her place so to speak, though most things would probably fall into the category of her liking it that little masochistic- "...I mean, it's not as bad as before. She said she won't do anything if you chose us. She wasn't going to go against that... Hey, are you even listening?"

"Oh, sorry. I trailed off when you went into detail about your fantasies."

"Seriously? Those are the best parts! Anyway-" Before she could continue her bracelet began to glow. "*Sigh* Alright that's my clue. Do you need something else to deliver?"

"Tell them to not worry about me. I am fine for now." Her lips thinned slightly when she heard that as her eyes looked over my body, which admittedly had seen better days, but she nodded anyway. She then hesitated for a moment, but I could clearly tell the moment in her eyes when she told herself, fuck it.

She then straddled me and wrapped her arms around my neck. I was about to push her off when she interrupted me. "Don't. If you want them not to worry, I need something from you in return."

"Really? Falling that low?"

"Wow? Do you think you saying this was going to stop me? Cute. So, I deliver your message and get you out of here just for the price of a single kiss. Quite cheap, no?"

"..."

"I will take that as a yes." Her soft lips quickly pressed against mine as if she was afraid to miss this opportunity. Her lips were supple and soft. She pushed herself deeply against me while pushing her crotch against mine. Her lips opened slightly and her tongue brushed over my lips. What could I say to this?  I was still a man. I opened my lips and invited her in.

She used that chance instantly and stuck her tongue into my mouth, exploring it before wrestling with my tongue. Several minutes passed, making me wonder when she was finally being pulled out of this universe. After a while, she forcefully separated with a gasp for air. Her face was red with a blush as she fanned herself with some wind.

"That was nice."

"I agree," I told her honestly, making her suppress the smile that was blossoming on her face as a response.

"Seems like what they said about you being more passive when being exhausted wasn't exaggerated."

I rolled my eyes which only served her to chuckle. "Thought you had to leave?" I eyed her bracelet which was suspiciously not blinking anymore.

"Yeah, I canceled the manual return. I figured I would stay, after all, you were so happy to see me." She said while slowly grinding against my hardening dick to emphasize her point. "I will have to leave when my time is up though. Hope, you are feeling a bit better. It will probably take a few days, but we will try to be here asap."

I nodded at that and watched as she stood up obviously ready to leave. She looked over her shoulder. "You know I would have delivered the news regardless of whether you kissed me or not, right?"

"...I know."

Although she turned away, I could tell she smiled at that. She took a step forward before seemingly realizing something. "You are not using me to rile up Kara's jealousy, right?"

"No."

"...Good, it's not nice playing with a girl's heart. See you soon then." She waved goodbye before her body was sucked into a single point and vanished from my sight. During that process I watched intensely, not to admire her backside, but to get a feel of where she was being pulled away towards.

Perhaps I could discern where my universe was and travel there without any detours, though then again I might lure those guys toward my universe and risk them destroying everything. The risk would be too high and I wasn't prepared to face them all at once and destroy them without risking losing everything that was important to me.

I had gained a lot of strength and more importantly knowledge and experience that make me capable of dealing with most threats that come my way, but against Golden Cooler? Universe Zamasu? It was difficult to say whether I could handle them. I needed to be a lot stronger and take them out all at the same time to reduce the risk of something going wrong.

And for that, I needed- "You good, son? Seems like your trip wasn't that peaceful." I glanced up at the floating Superman of this universe.

"No. No, it wasn't." I said as I propped myself to a standing position.

"Need some help?"

"Nope, Giblet just arrived back in his place. See ya." I called out before teleporting towards Giblet, who glanced at me before heading out. I followed him wordlessly towards the sandy beach. A ginormous fish that ought to be prehistoric was skewered and placed above a campsite, being roasted.

It gave off a pretty delicious smell, especially since I was starving. "Dig in." He said before sitting at the fire himself and slicing a piece for himself. I didn't need to be told twice to eat, so I started to get some food on my empty stomach. We just sat there eating. I knew he still had a lot on his mind even if he made up his mind about a few things.

He also was a lot more distant, but that was to be expected. For all I knew, he had held onto his hope for a long time, before he finally found me, only to be told by me that I wasn't him and then even telling him that he was dead and his soul fused with mine. He must be on an emotional roller coaster and I wasn't going to poke that powder keg.

"If you want to beat them, you need to be at the very least a god." Giblet started after we finished the fish that had to be from some other planet. "I am going to train you. This universe is probably the best to keep most of your energy hidden away from the outside world and even if they did break in, they won't be able to destroy the entire universe."

"They can't? They seemed to be capable of destroying multiple universes at once."

"Just like planets universes are of different size and material. This one is the equivalent of the biggest planet around, made out of diamond. So, they won't be breaking this one so easily. Of course, we will have to try and keep our training as quiet as we can."

"I might have found a way to return to my universe with a friend's device. She is able to get here and it doesn't seem to create a wormhole through the outside, so it should be safe."

He nodded slowly. "That's fine. However, I am still going to need to train you, so get the stuff you need and inform your loved ones that you are extending your training here."

I crossed my arms as I thought about delivering the news to them. It wasn't like they didn't know what was at stake, so they would understand it. They won't be happy, but perhaps it will be fine if I just left daily, like I had done the last month. I had been training off-planet every day to advance my strength, so it shouldn't be too much of a difference to them.

Of course, the knowledge of the threat in the form of beings that could blow up at least my universe into smithereens wasn't without consequences, but it only served as an incentive to increase the intensity and urgency of my training.

With that in mind, I told Giblet about the information I would need from the Justice League. I wanted to replicate what I had done in that other universe. Using a drill into reality at the same time, to discern the location of the other universe and then create a wormhole to travel back.

Perhaps, even better would be Felicia's bracelet and have it set to a daily- Wait, "Hey, can you teach me that anchor point thing? It would be best if I could just teleport here after I got back instead of using a wormhole or similar devices that might expose the location of our universes."

He nodded casually. "Sure. It will be the first thing I am going to teach you then." With a hand wave, he blew out the fire burning in the campsite and then stood up. "Let's go then."

"Right now?"

"You have to be anywhere? It's just theory and a demonstration. You can test it out when you have the energy." He then flew into the dark sky without waiting for my return. I grunted slightly as I stood up, already feeling sore muscles all over my body from having my every cell transform into something new just a few hours ago.

There was a lot to do and now with Felicia. I touched my lips, imagining a remnant of warmth on it. That would introduce some trouble back home and I wasn't too keen on it. Well, there wasn't the option of not facing these things, so might as well focus on something else in the meantime.

With that thought in mind, I followed him into the sky.
