The thing quickly scurries between the buildings quickly jumping up and down until it disappears into the darkness of the night. Stunned I can only stare at the sky with wide eyes as my thoughts went a mile a minute.
What is Nomu doing in Hosu? Hadn't he been captured?
Did he run away?

How? He was supposed to be investigated by the police!

Will an incident similar to USJ's ever happen again?!
With a sharp jerk of my shoulders, I snapped out of my thoughts to look Mirio in the eyes. "Lena breathe!"
Out of surprise I pushed Mirio a little. "L-I'm sorry are you okay?"
"You're okay, all of a sudden your face turned pale and you started sweating...you honestly looked like you were going to faint."
As Mirio spoke I began to take a few deep breaths to calm myself down, it seems the USJ incident had affected me more than I expected. Clenching my shaking fists in an attempt to quell my fear, I looked at Mirio and said. "I'm... I'm fine. We should stop that thing as soon as possible, rest can come later..."
Mirio looked at me with narrowed eyes searching for something in them, apparently he found it as he nodded and turned around, looking in the direction the Nomu headed. "Right. We should go get that-"
BRRR!
The ground began to shake slightly for a few seconds, looking around we could see a large cloud of dust rising through the skies in the direction of Hosu's large square. "Shit! Let's go!"
Without a word I followed Mirio in the direction of the park, suppressing my fear of having to face Nomu, this time, without All Might....
Come to think of it... that Nomu... his skin was pale green, his body lanky and he didn't emit an aura of death around him... I still remember the effort All Might had to make to defeat him, if this Nomu is just as strong. She unconsciously clenched her hands tightly which without her noticing had transformed into fists, before loosening them and breathing to calm herself down before the very possible fight. When they arrived at the park they saw several policemen firing their guns at a Nomu smaller than the previous one, but no less intimidating, as the bullets didn't seem to do anything but tickle it.
If the distorted sounds it emitted translated into tickling, then right now the Nomu would be dying laughing.
Suddenly the Nomu moved incredibly fast with an outstretched fist towards a policeman, ready to assassinate him.
If there would be no Mirio, of course.
Catching the Nomu's fist in his palm. Mirio glared at the Nomu who was pitifully trying to escape his grip, before punching him hard in the stomach and throwing him into a tree. Turning around with a smile he looked down at the pale officer and asked. "Are you okay buddy?"
As Mirio took care of the police officer and explained the situation to them, I kept my gaze in the direction where the Nomu was thrown cautiously. "He can't be beaten that easily..." I muttered feeling the hairs on my skin stand up for a moment, and out of pure instinct, I leaned to the left, just in time to avoid the fist that was about to crash into my chest. Without wasting any time I kicked the Nomu's head sending it flying. This time I didn't hold back like I normally would with people.
"Are you okay Tracer?" Mirio asked as he approached my position after explaining to the officers that we would be taking care of this villain.
"Um, he took me by surprise but he can react in time... although I don't think that's enough to stop him" Come to think of it, this Nomu is different from USJ's, he's not half as strong, I guess there are more than one Nomu but only a few this strong....
With a loud distorted scream we got to see how the Nomu slowly stood up, I could see how its exposed brain was severely damaged and its jaw dislocated while blood was pouring out of it. I smiled as I saw the damage caused by my blow. "There's plenty more where that came from."
As if responding to my provocation, he let out a yelp before quickly leaping to our position like a wild animal out for blood. He threw a punch that was aimed at my stomach with clear murderous intent.
I took a step back, narrowly escaping the blow and returning it with a kick to his right side. That's when the Nomu did something I didn't expect.
Nomu stood firm to my kick and used his right arm to anchor my leg firmly making me lose my balance and falling to the ground. Taking advantage of the situation Nomu prepared to stomp me in the belly....
But she forgot that I wasn't alone.
"PAWAAAAA!!!"
Nomu disappeared from one moment to the next in the darkness of the night thanks to Mirio's strong punch on Nomu's cheek. The mini copy of All Might made a pose where he exposed his muscles with a confident smile, to which I could only scoff as I rolled my eyes while still on the floor. He offered me a hand to get up which I gladly accepted. "You were in a pickle a minute ago huh."
"Thanks for the help, I didn't expect him to get the kick and still stay on his front like nothing...although, well, he's a Nomu I'm not surprised, surely they don't feel pain..."
Mirio raised an amused eyebrow before asking with a serious expression. "Alright and all but... what's a Nomu?"
With a sigh I began to explain in detail about the USJ incident and about the villainous High Rank Nomu as we searched for the Nomu we just hit. During my explanation I could see Mirio's facial expressions constantly changing from disbelief, anger, joy and worry.
"That... that's horrible... USJ's Nomu is in Tartarus isn't it?"
"So I understand, but if there are more of them out there is a possibility that there is some Nomu equal to or stronger than USJ's."

After searching for a few minutes we found the Nomu smashed against a brick wall without moving even a purge. Mirio kept an eye on him in case he woke up while I called the police to take him away.....
BOOM!
Suddenly a loud explosion echoed in the cold night, lighting up the skies with its fire and painting the clouds an orange color. Mirio and I watched the situation with surprise and annoyance at the same time.
We were not liking this at all.

Suddenly my phone received an urgent message from the official Class 1A group. I opened the chat on my phone and saw that the person responsible for the message was Midoriya.
But the message was very strange.
It was just some locations... from Hosu... in an unknown alley....
Shit.
"MIRIO!! I CHARGE YOU WITH THE EXPLOSION! THE OFFICERS SAID ENDEVOUR WAS TAKING CARE OF THE SITUATION GO HELP HIM!!"
"WHERE ARE YOU GOING?! TRACER!!!"
Without paying any more attention to Mirio, I used an Acceleration to disappear in the not so calm and not so cold night....

I was thinking of relaxing over the weekend and posting a chapter in the evening, but life decided to give me a beating as soon as I woke up and then another blow in the middle of the day, only to give me one more surprise blow in the evening.
I don't know if I'll post tomorrow as I have things to think about.
