Chapter 360: Jackson In Jasmine Office

"Don't be scared. I know I am at fault for this but you are also partly responsible for it. When you called me Sleeping Beauty you should have kissed me and I would have woken up but you didn't. You made me eagerly wait for my kiss," Jackson said in a playful tone. He pats her back lovingly.
"You have changed your perfume," Jackson said as he pulled out of her embrace.
"Yes, and don't you like it. I particularly changed it to a perfume with vanilla fragrance because that is your favourite but I will change to something else if you don't like it," Jasmine said.
She indeed changed her perfume and shower gel from rose extracts to vanilla because this is Jackson's favourite but what she failed to tell him was why she did this.
"I love it but it's just that I am used to your previous perfume and shower gel fragrance. I recall you saying that your previous perfume and shower gel was your favourite. You once told me that you have used them for over six years. If you changed it because vanilla is my favourite...,"
"As long as you like this one then it doesn't matter for how long I have used my previous perfume and shower gel. Besides I love this fragrance a lot," Jasmine said as she beamed at him.
"You stunned me with your new haircut yesterday and today you surprised me again with a change in perfume and shower gel, wifey what other surprises do you have for me?" Jackson said as he stretched and pecked her on her lips.
"Whether or not I use long or short haircuts I still look stunning. Also, it's good to sometimes try out a new look," Jasmine said as she smiled at him.
"You are damn correct about that. You look amazing even with these changes but I would love it if you don't change too much because of me...,"
"Ok, sir. I will try my best not to throw you off again with another drastic change," Jasmine said with a huge sense of humour.
"Wow, you prepared breakfast!" Jackson remarked his smile broadening even more on getting a glimpse of the tray on the side table.
"Yeah, it's my turn to serve you breakfast in bed. I also prepared soup for your hangover," Jasmine said. She stretched and carried the tray. Jasmine placed the tray of food beside where they sat.
Jasmine made him drink the soup she prepared. Whether or not the soup was good she did not know since Jackson drink the entire content with smiles on his face.
After their meal, Jackson showered and got set for work. Although their office was not in the same direction Jackson insisted on dropping her off at her working place that day.
For three days everything was perfect between the two people who are so in love with each other.
Today, the happy Jackson decide to pay Jasmine a visit to her office. Everyone in the office was well aware of the high profile man relationship with their boss so none of them dared to misbehave in front of him.
"Cat, please can you get me the files lying on the centre table," Jasmine instructed without taking her eyes off what she was working on. She continued working after she had passed the instructions.
"Thank you...," Jasmine paused on raising her gaze to see the face of the one passing the files to her.
The stunned Jasmine could not speak for a while. All she did was stare at the smiling face of the guy standing in front of her.
"I can see wifey is working hard as always," Jackson said his smile broadening even more.
"What are you doing here?" Jasmine blurted out.
"Wifey never mentioned that I am prohibited from coming to her office," Jackson said as he turned around and went to stand in front of her.
"If Wifey isn't happy that hubby came to cheer her on then I will just leave...,"
"And who says I will let you leave?" Jasmine said grabbing his hands before he could turn around.
"I knew that wifey will be thrilled to see me and I guess I wasn't wrong after all but what I am worried about s that she might not have time for me...,"
"No work is more important than you. None of the works had timelines so I can continue with it later," Jasmine said as she immediately saved what she was working on. She switched off the laptop and push it aside afterwards.
She stood up to embrace him. Instead of embracing her, Jackson kissed her. He pulled away after a few minutes.
"So how is work? I hope you aren't too stressed out?" Jackson asked as he cupped her beautiful face.
"It's fine and nothing is stressful about it since I am used to the life of being a CEO," Jasmine replied raising her hands to play with his face.
"What about yours, I hope the workload isn't too much like the previous weeks?" Jasmine asked as she continued playing with his face.
"No, I have a light workload compared to two weeks ago. Why I was so busy then was because I took so many days off work to take care of you but that's not the case now. My wifey is safe and healthy. I don't have to worry about anything," Jackson said as he stare into her alluring eyes.
"I came to take you out for lunch but seeing your alluring face, I keep getting tempted by naughty thoughts," Jackson said as he caressed her soft lips which were softer than cotton.
"And what kind of naughty thoughts are those if I may ask?" Jasmine asked like she did not know what he meant.
"Like this one," Jackson kissed her and pulled her closer so there was no space separating the two of them.
"Guys have a little more shame. This is the office and not your bedroom," A lady's voice interrupted their little sweet moment.
