Chapter 365: What Happened Last Night?

"Jasmine, you have to find out Jack's location right away and go to his rescue. Something irreversible will happen if you are a minute late so hurry up, you have no time to waste. Your relationship is in danger whether or not it can be saved relies on you now," Evelyn said in a serious tone.
"I will not let her succeed in ruining my relationship so wait for my good news," Jasmine said before she disconnected the call.
She dialled someone's line after her call with Evelyn. After her call, Lilian was surprised to see her leave the mansion in a hurry.

The next day Jackson slowly opened his eyes. For some reason, he felt dizzy and his head ached a lot. He tried to get himself familiar with his environment.
On realising that he was at home he struggled to sit up. The last thing he recall was talking to a picky investor who insisted on hosting their meeting in a hotel room.
Raising his dizzy head to have a proper view of the room, he saw Jasmine sitting on the couch. From the sobbing sound he was hearing and her lowered head he knew she was crying.
Jackson climbed out of bed and staggered to where she sat. He squat in front of her to enquiry what happened.
"Miss Naughty, what is wrong? Why are you crying? Did someone upset you?" Jackson asked in a worried tone as he gently lifts her head so he could see her face.
"Miss Naughty, stop keeping quiet and say something," Jackson who could not handle seeing her in tears said as he raised his hand to clean her tears but Jasmine slapped his hands away before it could touch her face.
"Ice Prince, I loved you so much. I did not only give you my heart but also my body so how could you do this to me? How could you betray my love and trust in the same way that jerk did," Jasmine said amidst her sobbing?
Jackson who did not recall what happened was left shocked by her words.
He tried to recall what happened after he drank but he could not recall what happened or how he got home.
"Jasmine, what are you saying? What happened last night? What did I do to hurt you? And what do you mean by I betrayed your trust? Say something because you are getting me all confused," Jackson in a confused state of mind said.
"How could you make love to another woman? Was I not enough? Do you love and want to make her your wife so badly?" Jasmine asked as tears continue streaming down her beautiful face.
"I had sex with another woman? That is impossible. I would never do such a thing, believe me...,"
"Believe you? How do you expect me to do that when I caught you in the act?" Jasmine asked as she pushed his hands away and tried to stand up.
"You witnessed me having sex with another woman? If that's true then why can't I recall anything?" Jackson muttered. He was so lost in his thoughts to see Jasmine stand up and approach the exit.
When he realised that she was leaving. He stood up and rush to her side. He held her hands tightly.
"Jasmine, I swear I don't recall what happened last night....," Jackson trailed as he stare at the lady who seems to be determined to leave.
"If I had hurt you in any way forgive me but please don't leave me. I love you a lot, I can't find myself functioning well without you by my side so forgive me huh?" Jackson apologised sincerely.
"If you could have sex with her then I am sure you can function perfectly without me. It's time you stop deceiving yourself that I mean the world to you because your actions have proved that I mean nothing to you," Jasmine said as she tried to wriggle her hand out of his firm grip but Jackson refused to let go.
He was so certain she will leave without looking back if he makes the mistake of releasing her hands.
Jackson went down on his knees when he saw that Jasmine would not listen to him.
"Jasmine, I am on my knees apologising for my mistake won't you forgive me? I am deeply sorry so please don't leave me...,"
"Will going down on your knees change the fact that you hurt me? Will it wash away what you did? Jackson, will your apologies mend my broken heart?" Jasmine asked in a painful tone as she tried to fight the tears away.
"I won't forgive you even though you were to threaten me that you would jump off from the rooftop of a building," Jasmine said fiercely as she forced her hands away from his grip. She rushed out of the room before Jackson could stop her again.
The sad Jackson sat on the floor with tears in his eyes.
"What the heck happened last night to make Jasmine so angry and what exactly did she mean by I made love to another woman last night. What crime am I being punished for exactly?" Jackson yelled as he clasped his fist.
He continued sitting there dejectedly not knowing what to do. Just then it occurred to him that last night Jane was present in the meeting.
"Jane was there so I am sure she must have an idea about what happened," Jackson thought, feeling hopeful that he would know how to appease Jasmine when he learns about the entire incident she mentioned.
He stood up and search for his cellphone. He happened to find it inside his drawer. Without wasting a second Jackson dialled Jane's line. Unfortunately for him, there was no response even after his fourth attempt.
"Since she won't answer my calls then I will go to her. I have thousands of ways to make her talk so she can ignore my calls as much as she wants now because she won't be able to ignore any of my questions," Jackson muttered as he stood up from the bed and approached his wardrobe which comprises of only his casual wears. The walk-in closet is where all his official clothes and accessories are neatly arranged.

GOAL 2: For every super gift we get this month I will give 5 chapters mass release. To show you how grateful I am each time I receive super gifts like MAGIC CASTLE, SPACECRAFT etc, I will give 5 chapters mass release.
GOAL 3: For every 10 reviews I will give 3 chapters mass release. Last year I can count the number of reviews we got with my fingers so darling readers let's achieve this goal for a change.
P.S: Since I have become an author I have never promised so many chapters as a mass release and I am sure I won't be able to promise 18 chapters as mass release ever again so guys grab this chance while you can.
