Reta awoke to a light giggle in her ear, turning left to spot KuliKuli poke her face with her tail while wiggling the fur around her nose. She scowled and smacked her tail away with the Nekomata jumping out of bed, it was then that Reta was reminded of the way they fell asleep with Felix cuddled to her right side before pushing him away, sending him rolling out of bed and hitting the ground with a thud! He groaned and curled up into a ball before rubbing his shoulder, sitting up as Reta swung her feet over the mattress before groaning out of annoyance.

"That's one way to wake up." He mumbled followed by a yawn. Yesterday's activities went on for so long that it felt like a dream to him, he wondered if they felt the same way. KuliKuli as usual was full of energy to start the day, while Reta was making a fuss with her hand around her sex. "What are you doing?"

"Perhaps I proved to be too enticing for you to handle, I feel much of your warmth remains within me. Were we to have explored our carnal desires during a moment of fertility, you would have surely left me with child." She explained, snatching the rag KuliKuli brought to her from the bathing room. "You should be proud, your mate is quite remarkable with sex. Though now I should be more cautious should we find ourselves repeating this dance."

Felix felt shy watching her wipe at her sex only to find more leaking out from her. She glanced up and caught him staring before closing her legs.

"Would you mind? This is something I am not keen on having an audience for."

KuliKuli raised her paw when an idea came to mind. "Why not wash yourself at the tub, could help get any more of his stuff out. Works for me sometimes!"

Reta turned with a curious look in her eye, nodding in confirmation before being escorted out of the bedroom. Felix could hear them speak through the walls as Reta voiced her annoyance and KuliKuli comforted and helped her through the personal matter. He scratched his head before rummaging through his hair, making it a bit messy in the process. It was intended to see if he could find the spots where Reta massaged him before, he was disappointed when he failed to replicate the same soothing motion. Maybe it had to do with her strength or technique, he could only wonder as he began to dress up once again in preparing for another day.

Nothing eventful happened that day aside from him catching KuliKuli and Reta interact with each other more, it seemed that they were beginning to get along. Although it wasn't always in a positive light, recalling when Reta cursed in her native language when the attempt of milking a cow turned frantic, with it kicking a pale of milk and splashing it over her chest. The Nekomata made the mistake of laughing in plain sight and pointing at her, doubling down despite Reta's warning growl. That resulted in her being pounced upon with him having to jump in and break them apart, and it was then that he realized she was a much better fighter in her human form compared to the first time they fought in her wolf form.

The day came and went with nothing too major happening, although at night he found Reta and KuliKuli talking in the bedroom before he joined in. He half expected if Reta would excuse herself to sleep in the main room as she would before, but this time she settled in bed opposite of her with Felix resting in between them. He didn't mind, in fact it was oddly comfortable when they snuggled up and went to sleep. Good, he still felt sore after last night's fun. His body, his legs, his back, and even his tongue were sore, and he wondered how long it would take until he had recovered to his full strength again.

In the morning, he awoke with the knowledge of knowing what to expect tonight. Judging by her giddy excitement and how she skipped around while feeding the morning hens, it was evident that KuliKuli remembered as well about what they planned for tonight. Reta made a passing glance to him as they ate breakfast in the morning, nothing special just a bowl of morning porridge, and he noticed from the way she crooked her eyebrow and nudged his foot that she was wondering if he was okay. He nodded back and they finished their meal before resuming their daily tasks.

That afternoon, they had finished for the day early on thanks to preparing ahead of time and waking up earlier to manage. He and the girls had just finished picking up and returning the tools back inside the farm when KuliKuli jumped in the air and ran toward them, pointing at the dirt path ahead. There in view approached a medium-sized carriage pulled by two stallions, their hooves kicking up dust as they huffed and lifted their heads with each step. At the front holding the reins was a beautiful woman wearing an elegant lime green linen dress, laced in the front with a large dress flowing down to cover her legs and keep warm. The sleeves were short and barely managed past her shoulders, but the dress was accompanied by a white gown beneath in which the sleeves reached all the way to her wrists with the fabric looking soft and hugging her skin. She wore a matching green hood hiding her hair underneath, leaving a dark bang in front the covered her forehead. Once her carriage arrived, she tugged at the reins and the horses steered to a stop. There were tiny wooden steps at each side for her to step carefully down, reaching out for Felix to hold her hand as she raised her dress gently while she made her way down. Now that she was closer, he was left speechless when he recognized their visitor as she smiled back at him.

"I see you lot just finished working for the day. Aren't you going to invite me inside?" Janette reached into the back of her carriage, opening a little door on the side with colored glass as a miniature window. She pulled out a few bags before tossing them over for him and Reta to catch, closing the door behind her.

KuliKuli shrieked and jumped up to her with her eyes as large as the moon. "It's like a tiny cabin on four wheels! And it's pulled by horses, wow!"

Janette offered Felix a funny look. "Has she never seen a carriage before?" She changed her expression with a chuckle when his mouth was left ajar, his eyes glancing back from her to the carriage behind her. "Have you never seen a carriage before?"

"Not like this, will we be going in like this?" He asked, remembering to blink his eyes as he caught himself.

KuliKuli squealed and raised her paws to her mouth, shaking left and right. "Oooooh please please please say we get to go in this?"

Janette giggled and placed a hand on her hip. "Only if you promise to behave, it's going to be impossible sneaking you in if you act like this."

"I PROMISE!" Her voice bellowed as she hugged her friend with a tight grip, cheering happily before pulling back. "We need to get ready, we need clothes! Oh I want to wear a pretty dress too!"

"I found something for that, but let's step inside first shall we?" Janette asked after patting down her dress.

Felix held the door open for them to step inside before following behind them. "Remind me again what it is you do?"

"I sell apples." She casually responded as he shut the door.

"Must be quite a basket full of apples." He said in a low voice.

Janette shrugged and helped him and Reta open the bags. "About a few dozen crates every few seasons, more or less. Are you both ready, shouldn't you all be heading off for a wash first?"

Reta nodded her head before glancing at Felix with a knowing look. "This time I go first, wouldn't want you to leave mud stains across the floor before it's my turn."

Janette giggled while he rolled his eyes, Reta turned to KuliKuli who nodded and hopped outside toward the well with a pair of buckets in each paw. She turned around and headed to the washroom, closing the door behind her and leaving Janette and Felix alone for the moment. She clasped her hands together and rubbed her palms back and forth with a nervous smile. "So? You don't seem too excited. Am I to guess that it be the nerves pulling you down?"

"Erm, just a funny feeling inside." He mumbled, pressing his hand over his chest. "Maybe so, just can't help but shake this warning in my head."

"It could mean you're nervous. You don't leave this little cottage often do you? I take it you prefer living that way to yourself."

"I do, or I once did. You could say I am adapting to new things." He admitted.

Janette leaned in with a warm smile, pressing her hand over his. "So why not try something new this time? She loves it, we've already made her night special and it hasn't even begun."

"Speaking of nights, about this performance show." He looked up at her, reading her baffled expression. "How much would we need to pay for our entry?"

Janette waved her hand away along with his concern. "No need, I can spare the coin for everyone."

"You invited us to this show, repaying you is the least I can do."

Janette patted his hand and smiled. "You can repay me another time, but I refuse to accept any currency from you. You lot need to savor every coin you can make after all."

Felix raised his head back. "We can manage, we are not poor."

"I didn't say you were."

"And this isn't my house."

"I am well aware."

"Auguste built this place himself."

"Yes, he did."

"With his own hands."

"I would grow concerned if he used someone else's hands despite the claim, yes. Felix I am not saying you are poor nor did I mean to taunt or flaunt my wealth. Simply put, I welcome your offer to repay me and would like to suggest you do so without any coin."

Felix looked down and nodded. "It's very generous, you are being very generous to me- to us. Really, I am in your debt."

She stood up and patted him on the shoulder just as KuliKuli returned with two full buckets of water. "Pay no heed to that, just a woman with a desire to enjoy a good show and invite her friends to share the experience with them. You and I are no mages nor do we know much about magic or alchemy after all. I do look forward to this show ever so dearly."

"Ooo, magic?" KuliKuli asked, hooking the buckets above the fireplace. "Do you hear that, Master? We are going to see magic, I finally get to see magic!"

"Oh yes, magic and trinkets and a beautiful display of light and tricks all around. It will be most pleasant, just you wait." Janette added, enjoying the effect her words have on the cat girl.

KuliKuli scooted over and sat on Felix's lap, leaning into him and kissing his cheek. "So when do we leave?" She asked.

Felix glanced back toward the washroom door. "As soon as we all wash up and rid ourselves of these stained clothes, would we have enough time to make it? Kershin Market is a fair travel away."

"You're going to love your dress, I had it tailor-made and made some adjustments for your paws and tails!"

Felix gave her a look. "You did that without arousing suspicion?"

Janette nodded and pulled back her hood, waving her dark hair behind her and smoothening the pony tail with her hand. "Of course."

"Requesting to have a dress fit for paws and tails? You asked someone to do that?"

"Felix, I did that myself. I am no tailor but I do have some knowledge when it comes to clothing, although I lack the patience and creativity to put my sewing skills into something profitable. I wouldn't put your safety at risk, trust me."

"Yea, trust her Master." KuliKuli patted Felix in the chest when her ears shot up in alarm.

"AY!" A voice shouted from behind the door. "WARM WATER, NOW!"

"EEEK!" The Nekomata jumped off his lap, carefully retrieving the boiling bucket by the handle before hurrying toward the bathing room.

"What took you so long? OW!"

"Sorry sorry sorry! Left it too long, sorry! Hey, that stings!"

"Serves you right, you did this on purpose!"

"Did not!"

"Did too!"

Felix sunk into his seat as they could hear a mix of shouting and meowing paired with water splashing, reluctantly stepping out of his chair and reaching for the other bucket of cold water. Janette laughed to herself as he rolled his eyes and stepped into the wash room, followed by a chorus of squeals as both women were showered in an icy bath.

Tonight was going to be fun, she was sure of it!
