The match was nearing the fifteen minutes mark and so far Unique FC were in lead and bossing the game, they were dominating more than they did against SD Eibar, the Swiss Super League side had not been able to get a shot on their opponent's goalpost talk more of getting a shot on target.

Although Unique FC were leading and dominating the match, their finishing after that goal from Minino was awful.

The first attempt was a crossing from Minino which Gregory was supposed to send into the back of the net with a header but he sent it over the bar instead.

The striker got another chance from a neat through ball from Henry but he shot the ball directly at the goalkeeper so he didn't have any problem saving it.

The third chance came from Fredinho, he received the ball from Ilala and quickly caught into the right to quickly escape from the right back marking him and do something before the player would be upon him again, he decided to try a shot but his aim wasn't anywhere close to the goalpost and was sent flying wide from the top.

"That was horrible," Steve said.

The look on Norman's face suggested that he wasn't happy even though his team had gotten an early lead and was currently bossing the game. Of course, he wasn't going to be happy, they had gotten the opportunity to go two goals up and three goals up but they bottled them all.

Frankie got past the midfielder heading toward him with a neat snake bite before he quickly sent the ball toward Henry but his pass was too sloppy and that resulted in the ball getting stolen by the central midfielder there who quickly moved forward with the ball before he sent the ball to the right midfielder.

They were playing the five-four-one formation so they didn't have any wingers upfront.

Jonas quickly raised his hand and called for offside as the midfielder happened to be way in front of him when he received the ball but there was no reaction whatsoever from the referee or the linesmen.

The midfielder moved forward a little with the ball before he sent the ball flying toward their striker from the top.

The striker quickly wriggled free from Pirlo's hold and quickly rushed toward the ball to send it flying toward the goalpost with a high diving header.

"Pierson!" Jim exclaimed.

Dave had already gone off his line to try and stop the problem before it got close but that turned out to be a mistake.

There was nothing he could do at the moment besides watch as the ball flew past him right into the goalpost.

"Goal!!!!!!! They've finally gotten that equalizer!" Jim exclaimed. "What a nice way to get the ball into the goalpost and keep Dave Richards pinned."

Pierson quickly rushed to the sidelines and did a sliding celebration before his teammates began to gather around him but Jonas wasn't going to have any of it, the left-back was currently saying something to the referee who had not been able to blow his whistle to confirm the goal.

"What's this? It looks like Jonas is complaining to the referee about something and the referee's heading out of the pitch now toward the VAR monitor." Jim said.

"He hasn't confirmed the goal yet," Steve said. "Looks like something must have happened during the build-up and he's going to check it out."

"It looks like Charleston was offside when he received that ball before sending it to Pierson," Jim said.

"Yeah, it's a bit hard to see given the fact that Aima and Pirlo seem to be close on the same line but his right foot was a little ahead of theirs if you look closely so yeah he was offside," Steve explained.

It didn't take long before the referee returned to the pitch and pointed at the spot where the offside had taken place and pointed toward Young Boys' side of the pitch after blowing his whistle.

"As expected, the goal won't stand, Charleston was offside not clearly offside but he was offside." Steve articulated.

"All that celebration and it turned out to be for nothing," Jim said.

Young Boys players didn't fancy that decision but it was the right call from the referee.

Jonas decided to play the free kick shot to Henry and just like that, their match domination kicked off again with their well-aligned stream of passes.
