The chances would slim down after he crossed the peak of level five. Because the Hightown gives missions separately and the hunters scatter in the the various part of the continent until they reach the peak and return back for the final test of their present level.
If Qiao also reached Hightown and he lost his tracks then it would be almost impossible to find him or follow behind. Also wicked hunter cannot let the senior hunters sense his presence, as soon as they got the air or rumor about his presence, they would chase him to the end of the world.
They were very well aware that he was threat for the all seven continents, bigger threat compared to the monsters. So they would not stop until they hunt him down like a monster.
Though they were afraid from him but they were preparing to battle with him from two decades because they were responsible to save their world from big threats. The wicked hunter placed the stone on the ground and took deep breath. The young man was too sharp completely opposite of his expectations.
He observed this young boy for whole week and then selected as a target thinking that he was innocent and dull in all aspects but after reaching his world, he completely changed. When he expected that he would show weakness in front of many enemies he suddenly attacked and killed.
