The third block comes first from the fifth entrance from where travelers of Middletown approach the Hightown. The elders of the reception never gave map of this direction to the normal hunters. "I am afraid we might end up in front of trouble." Wuza could see the mysterious choice of brother hunter and spoke finally. One of the Third Rank Master was sitting on the grand chair with his symbolic death sign on his forehead. This Rank Master was here for next three months and will let the senior hunters divide the missions accordingly. All urgent missions were meant to reach the Third Tower and should be handed immediately to the right hunter for the action.
This said the Third Tower was famous for holding the strings of the level eight hunters and granting them missions. The Rank Master of this tower was responsible to inform the second Tower about the qualification of the hunter when he wanted to apply for the Hunter King Test Trials. Nothing could go randomly inside the Hightown unless the Hightown itself wanted it to happen.
The level eight hunters directly access the Third Tower and the Rank Master. There were total twelve Rank masters in the Third Tower and they were assigned their respective responsibilities.
