It was expected; he had been a scalawag for half of his life; the affiliated hunter was standing beside him now. The affiliated hunter had all the reasons to end him here. Following the orders of his friend, he attacked the hunter too.
"You left the side of evil so I'm having second thoughts whether to kill you or not." Qiao shrugged his shoulders.
The hunter widened his eyes in shock. It was the first time ever where an affiliated hunter considered this aspect. Typically, the affiliated hunters would just kill, regardless of the changed circumstances.
"You can devote your life for the safety of the Hightown and register in any of the guilds there. If possible, try to fix your wrongdoings by changing your path." Qiao patted his shoulder and walked past him.
The hunter was looking at him with mouth agape. "My name is Fulin senior Qiao." He voiced seeing the senior leaving in a hurry. He was very glad for getting a second chance in life. In fact, Senior Qiao showed him this path and he was sure to follow it.
Qiao heard the name and rushed towards the Hunter Association. It was the middle of the night and only one elder was present across the desk. Qiao placed the belongings of the scalawag. "The job has been done however half part of the third Sepedra is destroyed because, to be honest, the scalawag possessed some stronger stones." Qiao reported confidently.
The elder shuffled the pouch and a few glimmering stones caught his eye. There were a few scripts too. The elder picked them up and read through them. His burden-filled eyes creased up. The elder safely put the script in the drawer because it has some importance.
"The missions are arriving in the next two days. If you are interested in them then find this desk at the time of allocation. You can always skip though." The elder shrugged and wrote the report about the job of the affiliated hunter.
Qiao nodded. "If I have enough time; I will come to check." He answered and went back.
The eyelids of the elder trembled when the hunter rushed. Qiao was going back in the third Sepedra and wanted to get acquainted with the water Demon.
"He is in such a hurry." The elder commented on the behavior of the hunter. Within one day; Qiao visited the Hunter Association thrice. Most of the hunters would not show urgency even if they were asked to do.
The Water Demon was roaming around in the third Sepedra on a routine tour. There was silence all around as usual. After the creatures got to know that the water Demon takes a stroll in the night; they no more wandered during its presence.
A huge mountain of water tagged along with the Water Demon, as if resembling a stream roaming in the open forest. It was not that the shortage of water can immediately bring worry for the creature instead the Demon wanted to display its powerful ability. Its present level allowed creating a whirlpool outside of the water with the stability of the stone of nature.
However, the Demon did not want to bother the stone of nature. From the appearance, the water Demon had stabilized with the water source itself. At the first glance, it looked like water moving around for no specific reason.
But as soon as the stone triggered, the strange and weird creature become visible. Its stone was rare because the race of this creature was a rare type. This race perhaps learned the skills of flowing waters hundreds of years ago that transformed the next generations of the same race. The stone was called aqua.
Apparently, the stone appeared to be a light blue round crystal, bearing the aqua world inside. Fulin sensed the presence of the creature and held his breath. He was about to leave the third Sepedra. Knowing that the water Demon was wandering its territory; Fulin hastily retreated and hid.
Qiao reached the third Sepedra at the same time. He observed the creature from afar. Rumors were true and the creature was the strongest among the others. "I should at least be at the peak of level seven for defeating this creature." Qiao murmured.
There was some strange idea rummaging through his head, so he went back where the scalawag was killed. There were several hundred dead creatures killed by the ruthless attacks of the scalawag.
The living creatures scattered to find other water sources in the vicinity. The pearls of the dead creatures were shining on the ground. The pearl after level six was considered as living and it voluntarily leaves the body of the dead master.
Qiao collected them all. He was thinking to create a small weapon using these stones. His findings until now allowed him to understand how he could design weapons.
In a normal weapon, only a few stones were used while the rest of the material was taken from the tough metals. Lowa told him back then that hunters could create their weapons solely by using stones. Qiao wanted to give it a try and see the results. Keeping so many water-type stones can be troublesome however a small densely designed water weapon can be treasured. Thinking this, he collected the stones and chose a niche for the experiment.
In the morning Fulin left the third Sepedra and went towards the Hunter Association, asking for the traveling map towards the Hightown. He slightly fixed his appearance; cleaned his fleece. This let him no more look like a scalawag.
Since he has no records in the Hunter Association, the elders did not ask many questions. Qiao was busy with the experiments. The active stronger stone could easily provide enough hot energy that the pearls were melting but he could not mold it into a perfect shape.
Half of the day was invested in the attempts. By the end, he decided that his limited ability could only melt the stones and join them together. Shaping better design was impossible so he let the weapon remain what it looked in the unpolished form. At least all the stones were tempered in one shapeless small weapon.
Qiao kept it with him and left the third Sepedra. He was sure to visit it again after few days. His present destination was the fifth Sepedra. According to the elders, he could easily find level seven monsters in the third and fifth. After exploring the third he was heading towards the fifth.
His every day was adventurous. With this, the days also meant a lot because time was becoming short. Two months and fifteen days were left in the final war and it might be the biggest war in the history of Hightown.

His intellect was best. His decisions always proved fruitful. It scared the hunter but he was sure that young man cannot fight the limitations of the time.

The affiliated hunters were superior and there was responsibility on their shoulders for keeping the balance of power.
