A white robed man was guiding and touring a young man in Heavenly Imperial City.

The white robed man pointed to a shop across the street: "That's the Energy Stone store."

Young man: "Oh?"

The white robed man and the young man is none other than Bethalamus and Brian, respectively.

Brian: "What's the purpose of Energy Stone, and what does it look like?"

Bethalamus: "Let's enter the store so I can explain to you it's functions clearly."

Brian and Bethalamus then entered a two story building and both of them was welcomed by a thick energy mist.

Bethalamus: "Oh? This shop also sells Power Stones."

Brian: "Power Stones?"

Bethalamus: "Let's first start with the explanation of shops like this. As you can see, the shop is covered with thick mist made from abundant impure god energy from the 'Energy Stones'. Now, Energy Stones are used as source of extra energy for emergencies like for fights."

Brian: "Fights? I've never saw anyone fight in the city."

Bethalamus: "That's because it's illegal, if someone wants to fight the challenged, the challengers should go to the Eastern Sector and sign up for a private fight in the Heavenly Imperial Arena there or go out of the city."

Brian: "Oh."

Bethalamus added: "In addition, even if a challenge was issued, killing is prohibited whether inside the arena or outside Heavenly Imperial City."

Brian: "Oh."

Bethalamus face darkened and thought: Oh?!? That's the only thing you can answer?!

Bethalamus coughed: "Alright back to the topic, Energy Stones could also be a form of energy storage too, but would break after several uses, it also depends on the quality of the Energy Stones.

Bethalamus: "Power Stones on the other hand are thrice as expensive as Energy Stones, why? It's because Power Stones are only formed when a planet is newly created, it contains 'Chaos Energy' which could destroy confusion in our minds and help attain enlightenment to break into an another power realm."

Bethalamus then stretched his right hand out of the mist and when he pulled it back, there were two indistinguishable stones on his hand.

Bethalamus: "Power Stone and Energy Stone might look the same, but if our power realms are beyond Mortal God Realm we could sense that the a Power Stone has a distinct very chaotic aura while an Energy Stone has a clear soothing calming aura, if our power realms are under Half-step god realm and Demi-god we would only see that it's like a normal stone, without any aura. Come on I'm going to buy these stones for you."

Brian: "What are the currencies of Heavenly Imperial City, I got an information from the parchment that it's different per sectors?"

Bethalamus explained: "Yes, it's different per sectors. The Southern Sector, where the only entrance and exit is, the currency is emerald, ruby, gold and diamond, they are the most common. In the Western Sector, where we are right now, is the enchanted stones from the Holy Ruins. The Eastern Sector is the bark or even pieces of the Mother Tree in the Eternal Sprout Pocket Realm. The Northern Sector would be what they call 'Mission Points' obtained from completing missions in the Public Barracks. Lastly, is the Central Sector which is only Pure God's Energy or our energy in simpler words. The said sectors are graded from the poorest to the richest, respectively."

Brian thought: Ruby, gold, and emerald are common, mission points, wood of the Mother Tree? Hmm, looks like this is going to be fun!

Bethalamus: "Meet me outside kid, I'm going to find the counter in here, this might take some time."

Brian: "Mhm."

When Brian exited the establishment a loud noise was heard which startled all the passersby including Brian himself.

-BANG-

Two men appeared on top of an another building on the other side of the road

A voice said: "Bai Yinzi, you won't get away from me you traitor!"

Bai Yinzi: "Altheus, I didn't do anything to betray you! AHH!"

As the both of them were fighting they flickered everywhere in the vicinity and every time they reappear there would be a large explosion and a large fireball would appear it between of them. However, in the eyes of Brian they were very slow and every of their moves are predictable!

Before the fight was going to reach it's peak, Brian noticed a consciousness descended on the surroundings which ensnared both of the fighters and stopped them from making any moves to each other.

A voice then descended: "Hmph, atrocious itinerant lower minor venerable gods! How dare the both of you fight in the Heavenly Imperial City."

After the voice stopped speaking, several fully armored soldiers came and took both of the fighters away.

Few moments later, everyone went back to their original schedule.

Brian thought: Whoa, that was very fast... wait a minute the voice said both of them are venerable gods?!

As Brian was contemplating what happened Bethalamus stepped out of the store with both of the stones in a satchel.

Bethalamus: "What a lucky day, the store sells bags too! Eek, kid why are you in a daze?"

Brian: "Oh nothing, two persons in Venerable God Realm just fought, well they were quickly taken away."

Bethalamus: "Ahh alright, were there any casualties?"

Brian: "Nope, just injuries, I never got to inquire you what would happen if you fought inside the Heavenly Imperial City."

Bethalamus: "They would be sent for whipping in the correctional facility for 10 years straight, hais, there are even people with the same power realm as mine still don't listen to the rules... but if there really any deaths..."

After Bethalamus' remark he made a gesturing motion of a finger cutting through his neck which gave chills to Brian's neck.

Brian: "Even they're very powerful they would even be treated as real prisoners."

Bethalamus: "Of course, my father once said there'll be no prosperity without discipline."

Brian: "Mhm."

Bethalamus: "Let me take you the Public Barracks and Heavenly Imperial Arena, come on!"

Brian thought: Ugh... this tour is boring enough, well I guess I have to endure.

Bethalamus: "After those two we would finally go to the Court of Gods!"

Brian: "Oh... Alright!"

Few hours later Bethalamus introduced Brian to a five story grand palatial building. A lot of people come and go from the building.

Bethalamus: "This is the Public Barracks. It's also called Mission Centre."

Brian: "Wow."

Another few hours later Bethalamus introduced Brian to a floating island that was chained on the ground in the middle of the Eastern Sector a large colosseum popping out from it.

Bethalamus: "This is the Heavenly Imperial Arena!"

Brian: "Whoa!"

Brian thought: The Public Barracks and Heavenly Imperial Arena is already this grand and majestic, what more for the Court of Gods?!?

Bethalamus: "Now... let's go to the Court of Gods!"

Brian was extremely excited: "Yes!"
