Goku was fighting the two rabbit gang members but Tarro didn't help. Since he was here to sightsee, he naturally let Goku take care of all the fights when possible. Tarro only joined their adventure because he wanted to experience the events in person, thus he did not try to deviate from the original story too much.
Goku easily avoided the bullets and beat up the 2 men from the Rabbit Gang. After a while, their boss arrived in a white rabbit car. He was a humanoid Rabbit with long ears, white fur and wearing a pair of sunglasses.
"Boss!" The soldiers shouted and ran up to Monster Carrot.
"Stop shouting in such pathetic voices. Where are the bozos who went against us?" Monster Carrot calmly asked.
Tarro's group laughed at the comical looking rabbit man.
Monster Carrot somersaulted many meters and landed in front of them.
"Let's shake hands." He said.
"What a weirdo," Oolong who was in the driver's seat commented.
"Hmph! As if a babe like me would shake hands with a rodent," Bulma said but didn't slap his hand.
Instead, Tarro grabbed his hand and said, "Now why would you ask us to shake your hand?" grinning mischievously. 'Why did nothing happen, system?' he then thought.

"Wait, what!?! Y'mean I've been risking my neck to help you find a boyfriend?!" Oolong said annoyed.

The group were flung to the side from the blast, a dog man in a robot suit seemed to have fired a rocket which destroyed their car. He flew toward the suitcase and opened it and seeing the Dragon Balls inside, he quickly picked up the suitcase and flew away. And since Goku was riding his cloud, he was unaffected by the rocket and went chasing after the robot suit.
"Hey, let's just give up, this looks really dangerous!" Oolong persuaded as he was the most cowardly.
"No way!" Bulma said.
"Hey! Why don't you just accept Bulma? Then we don't need to go chase after those guys!" Oolong said to Tarro.
Bulma blushed and looked at Tarro in anticipation.
"Sure since you're pretty cute, you know?" Tarro said and pinched Bulma's cheek and smiled.

He also generously handed over a car capsule and said it was his fault for looking for a fight before and wanted to make up, he even offered to join them and 'help' them look for the dragon balls.
'Eh, who cares about the future, fuck Vegeta, he can have Tights, Bulma's pretty adorable.' Tarro thought and smiled at Bulma. He then said, "Sure, if you're ok with me being your boyfriend, I don't mind."
