[The Railgun] was one of Jin's most powerful attacks because its power was adjustable depending on how much electricity he was going to use to form parallel currents on both sides of his arm.
So if he uses his full power; which is generating electricity whose current maximum output is more than a billion volts; then his [Railgun] would have an unimaginable power.
And of course, this move was inspired from Misaka Mikoto from Toaru Majutsu no Index franchise in his past life.
One of his semblance was perfect for doing that kind of technique, so why wouldn't he?
He already knew the how the move works and principles behind it because of him being incredibly knowledgeable about many things in the Toaru franchise.
The first time Ruby saw her brother doing this technique was when the [Railgun] managed to put a large hole on a mountain and the coin projectile travelling far into an unknown distance.
The coin was now in mid-air as massive amounts of red electricity was being generated in Jin's right arm.
Time seemed to stop for Ruby as she held her breath and prepared herself to witness the might of the [Railgun] once again.
But before the coin would land on Jin's hands, the woman in red waved her hands at them, creating several blazing circles underneath her three opponents that was making a sizzling sound.
The huntress already knew what was going to happen so she waved her hand at the twins, telekinetically pushing them away from the circles and she just back-flips out again before an explosion occured on their former positions.
The huntress looks at the sky and found out that the Bullhead was now flying away, too far for them to reach.
"Man, I just got cucked right there." Jin complains loudly as he got back up and scratched his head.
He was quite upset that he was interrupted while he was preparing for his attack.
'Now that was a dick move Cinder, that was really a dick move. Not cool man.'
Jin turns to the blond woman and he already knew that she was Glynda Goodwitch, the head mistress of Beacon Academy.
Meanwhile, Ruby also got back up and quickly landed her eyes on Glynda. And in the next moment she scurries next to her and pulled out a certain notebook.
"You're a huntress!" Ruby putted on a pleading and awe-stricken face.
"Can I have your autograph!!?" Ruby asked in glee while Jin just facepalmed at the scene.
'Oh boy! Here we go!'

Somewhere in Vale, a pair of twins was being held in a dark room.....
Glynda was walking in circle around the twins as she said in a scolding tone,
"I hope that you realized that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly, you two. You put yourselves and others in great danger."
"But they started it!" Ruby said in defense.
Jin just sighed at her answer and he spoke out,
"That's a stupid answer Rubes. Uh, Maam, those people were trying to mug us and we just attacked in self-defense."
"Or.....that..." Ruby said in a nervous and low voice.
Glynda continues to give a stern look at the two, which amplified Ruby's nervousness, but Jin was unaffected by it and just yawned.
He was waiting for Glynda to say the words he wanted to hear.
"If it were up to me, you'd be sent home.....With a pat on the back...." Ruby smiled soon as she heard these words and Jin looked at Glynda with a raised eye brow, who just turned their back on them.
"And a slap on the wrist."
Following these words, Glynda faced Ruby and she smacked her wand on Ruby's hand, to which Ruby just barely avoids as she gives out an "Eeek!"
Jin just smiled at his sister's misery with a chuckle at Ruby's reaction. Glynda heard this and she spoke out,
"What are you laughing about young man?"
"Sorry, Just found that scene funny." Jin replied with a smile that just made Glynda raise an eye brow.
"The two of you.....there is someone here who would like to meet you." Glynda said before moving out of the way so the twins can see a man with green clothes and white hair, coming through the doorway, holding a mug and a plate of cookies.
Jin immediately recognized him. He was Ozpin, the headmaster of Beacon Academy.
'Ah, He's here.'
"Ruby Rose..." He addressed the girl first, "And Jin Rose..." He turned to the boy.
Ruby immediately sat up properly, but Jin just remained in his nonchalant position.
Ozpin moves his face closer and stares at the twin's faces before saying, "The two of you.....have silver eyes..."
Ruby did the infamous cute anime girl head lean in her confusion while saying, "Um...."
Jin's silver eyes gleamed with a weak silver light, but Ozpin did not notice this.
'Ruby doesn't know the power of our eyes yet, but I do. And I already know how to unleash its might.' Jin thought to himself.
He was able to do this a long time ago, even finding an alternate 'fuel' for the eyes to activate, but that's for another story.
"So!" continued Ozpin.
"Where did you learn to do this?" He asked Ruby as his head and eyes gestured towards Glynda's scroll, showing a recording of the street fight earlier.
"S-Signal Academy?" she hesistantly answered.
"An entry level school taught you how to use one of the most dangerous weapons ever designed?" Ozpin asked.
"Well.....One teacher in particular!"
"I see...." At that point, Ozpin sets the plate down in front of her.
Ruby's eyes shot back and forth between Ozpin and the cookies. A moment later, her hand slowly reaches forward and took a cookie. She ate it and took another one as her smile grew.
She ravenously gobbled up all the cookies, not leaving anything for Jin, not even crumbs.
"Wow!"
Jin already saw this a million times at their home and he still couldn't understand in how his twin was able to eat cookies that fast.
"I only know of one person who can wield the scythe with such skill before....a dustly old crow."
Ruby then mumbled weird sounds of affirmation through her mouth full of cookies.
"Well, excuse you Rubes." Jin spoke out.
She managed to swallow everything and giggled nervously.
"Sorry, that's my Uncle Qrow, he's a teacher at Signal. I was complete garbage before he took me under his wing, but now, I'm all like whooowahh, wawawaptchh, watttcchhhaaa!"
Ruby described the last part with her doing some supposed to be martial art stances and gestures.
Jin just watched his twin with a disgusted face, as she was doing those embarassing poses like she was a Chuunibyou.

Jin cringed and then puts his hands on his face in shame and turns away from Ruby while muttering, "I don't know her, I really don't know her."

"So I've noticed...." Ozpin spoke out with a slight smile. Then he continued, "And what is an adorable girl such as yourself, doing in a school designed to train warriors?"
"Well.....I want to be a huntress."
"You want to slay monsters?"
"Yeah!....I only have to more years left of training left in Signal, and then I'm going to apply to Beacon." As she finished this, she started to speak faster.
"You see, our sister is starting there this year and she's trying to become a Huntress. I'm trying to become a huntress because I wanna help people!" She rambled on.
"Our parents always taught us to help people so I thought 'Oh well, might as well make a career out of it' hehe, I mean sure, the police are alright but Huntsman and Huntresses are so much more romantic and exciting! and cool!" She squeals and ended with, "You know?!"
She flips out at the last part and she looked at the two people in front of her with a wide and crazy smile. Glynda and Ozpin just looked at Ruby with deadpan expressions and silence.
"Ok, alright." Jin spoke out as he patted Ruby's shoulders to calm her down.
"Whatever that makes you happy Rubes. Whatever your heart desires."
Ruby then sat properly again with her head down, clearly embarassed of her actions.
"Very interesting," Ozpin chuckled before he directed his attention towards Jin.
"Jin Rose....unlike your sister, I already heard about you, and in great detail I might add."
Jin's eyes narrowed a little and slightly stiffened at the remark.
"How so?" He asked.
"Haha....Well, you did turn down our offer in applying to Beacon Academy."
Ruby's eyes widened at Ozpin's remark and then.....
