Mika, while holding her hand with Jason put all her attention on the stage. In fact, everyone was giving their full attention to the stage, wanting to see the performance the popular singer has prepared for his little sister.

There was no aura of the serious no-nonsense businessman but the charismatic singer. He gave a nod at the kids and pressed the first note on the piano's key.

It followed with a piece of flawless music by him and then the kids started to play their musical instruments. The kids' eyes were on the music score, worried that if they looked at the guests, they would lose their composure and make a mistake.

As everyone was enjoying the music, a voice penetrated the surrounding. Everyone was shocked as the voice belonged to a woman but the female kids who were standing on the stage with the microphone did not open their mouths at all.

Mika gasped loudly. She covered her mouth as she turned around in a whirl. She knew whose voice was that. Her eyes widened when she saw Ryn holding the microphone and started to walk toward the stage. Her best friend even winked at her as she walked.

Oh my God...

Jason was taken aback too. On one hand, he was happy to see that everyone gave their everything for his wedding to Mika but on another hand he was worried. Would his surprise be drowned by Ryn's surprise?

He gave Mika a worried look, even squeezed her hand to remind her that he was still there. Don't let Ryn steal his credit.

Jeremy smiled as he looked at his girlfriend but his long fingers never stopped gliding across the black and white keys. Then, to everyone's numb brain, he opened his mouth and sang too, turning originally a solo song into a duet. If people who never heard the song before would think it was originally a duet.

The climax of the song was the high note and everyone's eyes widened to see how effortlessly Ryn was to reach the note without breaking a sweat. She even smiled tenderly at Mika when she was not exchanging a look with Jeremy.

For those guests, especially those single dogs, they felt like they were stuffed with dog food by the couple on the stage. While for the Long, it made them more determined to pull this young lady into the loving embrace of their family. She was so precious.

Ryn stepped back to give the limelight to the young guitarist to do his solo playing. She smiled at Mika who was trying hard not to cry in touch. Ryn blew a kiss to her best friend. Then, she raised the microphone to her lips and started to sing once the guitar part ended.

And nobody except the Longs knew about her singing ability.

Well, apart from the boys on the island as well as her parents.

However, once the third episode of the series is played nationwide, everyone who watched it would know about her ability.

Jeremy watched as Ryn sang her heart out. He knew she put everything into her performance and he did not find any mistake at all. Even the kids were doing their best and he did not find any mistake at all. He was satisfied with all of them. They have made him proud.

Everyone applauded loudly when the song ended. Ryn lowered the microphone and looked at everyone. But, instead of thanking them, she stepped backwards and opened her arms to silently ask them to acknowledge and applause the kids as well.

The kids looked at each other before, at the encouragement by Ryn, held each other's hand and went forward to bow to the guests. Ryn clapped her hands loudly as she smiled at them.

She was proud of these kids and she wanted everyone to see and appreciate their talent. She knew they worked so hard for today's performance, and even cried many times because of the stress. Jeremy could be a crazy monster because he demanded perfection from everyone.

One of them signalled the others and on three they bowed their head to the guests. Then, they lifted their head and then looked at Mika and Jason.

"Congratulations, Mr and Mrs Wu," the kids said altogether loudly as they clapped their hands at the newlywed.

Mika giggled as she rested her body against her husband. She lifted her head and looked into Jason's face. She smiled and patted his ċhėst. How wonderful it was to share her happiest time with some of the kids from the orphanage.

"I love you," she whispered to him.

"I love you more," he whispered back.

She smiled but they did not share a kiss even though they wanted it so much. They were still aware that the priest was still there.

The song ended but it did not mean the show has ended. While the kids walked down the stage with their chin up high but their ears all red with shyness, Jeremy continued his piano playing. Ryn put the microphone down as it was the end of her performance as well. The stage has now belonged to Jeremy.

He ended the song and then stood up. He turned and looked at his best friend and his little sister. He smiled. "Congratulations, you two."

He walked down the stage and went to the newlywed. He patted Jason's shoulder and even exchanged fists playfully with his best friend. Then, he patted Mika's arm before pinching her cheek playfully.

"Jeremy!" she cried but it only made him chuckle.

It was now the time for the husband and wife to leave. The guests were provided rose petals and rice to throw to the newlyweds as they left. They cheered as Mika and Jason walked to the carriage that was waiting for them.

Mika waved her hand before she climbed into the carriage with the help of Jason. She sat and watched as Jason, instead of Ryn, arranged her dress neatly so it would not get ruined.

The guests followed to the hotel where the family booked for the reception. They were still remembering the performance that they just watched just now. And now, their expectation for the reception was high. Surely the reception would be filled with better performance, right, with Jeremy in the family.

Ryn and Jeremy changed their outfit quickly. Mika knew how important it was for the dress to be easily put on because Ryn would need to welcome the guests. Even though Mika was the one doing her hair earlier, Ryn could do a simple style as well and she knew what Mika had in mind when she created the dress. Ryn quickly did her hair in that style and went to meet Jeremy who was already waiting for her outside the door.

"Let's go," he said and took her hand. They walked hand-in-hand to where the reception was. They arrived and smiled warmly as they greeted the guests who have already arrived. They made sure the helpers they hired brought the guests according to the arrangement they already prepared earlier.

The Dowager led the Long and the Wu into the hall. Jeremy and Ryn helped her but, of course, she prefered Ryn more than her own grandson.

Ryn spoke gently with the families before she and Jeremy went back to the entrance to welcome the other guests.

"Are you cold?" Jeremy asked after a while. Where they were standing actually was right underneath the air-condition so both of them received a direct cold blast from it.

"I have this," Ryn said as she held the shawl she had wrapped around her shoulders. It was a set with the dress.

He did not say anything but took off the coat he was wearing and put it on his girlfriend. He even helped to buŧŧon it so she could stay warm.

"Thank you," she whispered and smiled at him.

So he could kiss and love her as many as he wanted. He has been holding himself so desperately since this morning and he believed he deserved all her attention tonight once everything was done.

His eyes shone brightly at the thought.

"Stop whatever you have in mind. We're welcoming the guests," Ryn reminded when she noticed the weird look from him. She somehow could guess what he had in mind and could not believe he would even have that kind of thought when they were in the middle of doing a job.

"Okay, my love. Whatever you said," he leered.

She shook her head in disbelief. This man was truly.... a rogue.
