"In that case, humans on Earth are luckier, aren't they?" Juin mumbled. "At the very least, someone who's born in the slum, no matter how slim that chances are, could still be someone famous, like a president."

"Give and take…" Tucker said with a sigh. "Different worlds, different dimensions, different rules…"

At the moment, Juin had a sad expression in his eyes. The Atlanteans had no choice but to follow a path set for them… It sort of reminded him of his past, of, for the lack of better words, being "manipulated" by his best friend to be a weakling, for reasons still not fully known to him. That was the path that Ashton set for him, the path that Ashton thought to be the best for him, possibly in order to control the "evil" soul within him.

But Ashton had never asked him if he wanted to walk that path, and that was something that had been pissing Juin off ever since he knew the truth.

...

It took them 3 hours to get down to the periphery of the air dome of Terre D'eau. Along the way, Tucker explained more things about the country and the world of Atlantis to Juin and Cyrus, as well as the types of fishes they past by.

These fishes seemed to fascinate Cyrus much, although when Tucker pointed it out, Juin's reply to him was "that's cause he wants to eat them…", which Cyrus confirmed with drool coming out of his mouth.

Unfortunately, Tucker stopped Cyrus from eating the fishes that he managed to pull into the air bubble because they might be poisonous for people who were from a different world.

In the end, Cyrus stopped "playing" with the fishes.

However, being surrounded by water seemed to have an effect on Cyrus, and the little beast fell asleep after about an hour.

Since Juin was technically his master, he was tasked with carrying Cyrus on his back the whole journey while being on his feet.

"Ah, we're arriving soon…" Tucker said and pointed up ahead, upon which Juin looked away from a weird whale-like fish that was about the size of an Atlantean human and at where Tucker was pointing.

Even though they were still far away from the city, and perhaps because the surroundings were dark saved for a few bright paths, which were connected to the pillars of water that they saw earlier, Juin could already see a magnificent city that was shining deep in the water and span almost 2,000 square km. From his point of view, he could see that there were a few other lands a few kilometers further from this city, and they were all separated by a few kilometers of ocean and had their own air domes, which were of different colors as well.

Juin quickly woke Cyrus up and showed him the sight. As expected, the little beast was so enamored by the colorful roofs that he all but pressed his face against the air bubble.

Tucker laughed and increased the pace. Soon, they were within the air dome and exactly 50 km away from the city. After telling the boys to get ready, Tucker popped the air bubble that he created, and the three of them flew on their own toward the city.

"Look! Is that the Sea Palace?" Cyrus asked excitedly about 30 minutes later as he pointed toward the largest building in the middle of the city.

Situated in the middle of the city was a huge castle that had huge colorful domes, like the picture of St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow that Juin once saw in the mansion library. However, this castle had seven domes, with the biggest dome in red and the smallest in violet. Within the dark sea, the biggest dome was shining brightly, as if its purpose was to serve as a beacon for the sea travelers.

And in front of the castle was an enormous open area with four pillars at the four corners, and these pillars were all lit up in red. Surrounding the round open area were seats that were placed in an incline, like steps, except that the seats seemed to be made out of water.

"Someone's about to fight soon… Must be a royalty…" Tucker said as he looked down at the fight arena. "That's the royal fight arena, and it will be where you kids would fight at later as well."

"Won't we damage the city?" Juin asked curiously. "You know, in case something goes wrong."

"The arena has plenty of wards within that, once activated, can prevent people from getting in and powers from getting out… Only when one of the parties admitted defeat or was killed would the wards be lifted," Tucker explained.

He looked around him and saw that some of the members were flying past him, along with their respective students, and they were all heading toward the arena.

Let's go straight to the Royal Terre D'eau Arena," Tucker said. He then took out two small earbuds and handed one to Cyrus and one to Juin. "Wear this."

"What for?" Cyrus asked, looking at the earbud curiously.

"It's for communication. They speak a different language here, you silly boy," Tucker teased as he put on his own earbud. "Put it on. It's been warded. When you speak in your own language, others would be able to understand you and vice versa."

While Juin put on the earbud, he asked, "This reminded me of something. How come I can understand Cyrus? He's not from Earth."

"Earth is not the only country that speaks English, nor is it the only Earth," Tucker said. "Once you have been to different dimensions, you'd realize that there are many more things that will surprise you."

With that, Juin wondered if Alercane was an English-speaking country as well.

It was as if Lucifer could hear Juin's thoughts, for the Daemon King soon said, "No, we don't speak English. We have our own language. But I was forced to learn some of the popular languages from different dimensions when I was still a prince, that's how I know how to speak in English."

Juin nodded, finally understanding it now. He had never questioned the language barrier since that seemed to be the least of all his problems.

After another 30 minutes, they finally arrived at the Royal Terre D'eau Arena.
