Once Lucifer was back in Juin's Soul Dimension, the latter immediately asked him about the situation inside the dome earlier.
Without holding back any information, Lucifer told Juin everything that happened, and at the end of it, Juin was left with a dumbfounded expression.
He then shook his head and asked, "Wait a minute… You can see things even without me seeing them now?"
When he heard the question, Lucifer was slightly stunned by it as well. "I… I didn't notice until you mentioned it…" he said. He really did not notice it. "Maybe since you accepted the contract…" he thought out loud, "Or maybe after the weird doctor put something in you…"
"Hmm… Well, this is not a bad thing, I guess," Juin murmured to himself as he sat back down on the seat while waiting for the judge to decide on the outcome of the battle. "I can't possibly tell them what you saw… Just let them decide."
Sitting next to him was Tucker, who was looking at him with a raised eyebrow, but the man decided not to ask anything. Instead, he turned his eyes to the fallen duo in the battle stage. Rubbing his chin, he wondered out loud, "I'm really curious about what happened between those two…"
"They both fainted," Cyrus pointed out.
"Duh!" Tucker chuckled. He patted Cyrus' head and said, "Aren't you Mr. Obvious?"
When Cyrus growled at him, Tucker quickly pulled his hand back and said, "I'm wondering about the battle earlier, not what happened to them now…"
"I guess that kid isn't as strong as you made him out to be…"
"He's an inexperienced 12-year-old kid who managed to defend against a much experienced older teenager," Tucker said with a slight frown, "so I won't dismiss his strength just yet."
Listening to those two, Juin wondered if he should tell them. After a moment of hesitation, he whispered to those two and told them what had happened. After all, Saville was still alive, just out for now. He would definitely talk about what happened earlier to someone, and that someone would then tell others, and so on.
So there was no point in keeping this a secret.
"An incubus?" Cyrus wondered out loud when he heard the word.
"He's able to completely turn into an incubus?" Tucker had a thoughtful expression as he leaned back in his chair and crossed his legs. "It's not unheard of… But given the history of the Elysium Family…"
"What?" Both Juin and Cyrus sat closer as they looked at him with curious eyes.
"There hasn't been that many cases of a descendant being born with the ability to fully turn into incubus… And based on what your little demon told you, despite the weird growth spurt, he did exhibit all the features of an incubus… At least those that I know of..." Tucker folded his arms and thought for a moment before saying, "I think the last one who had such an ability appeared about 600 years ago… And he was incredibly strong… And…"
Juin and Cyrus' faces were basically inches away from Tucker now, which thoroughly annoyed the man. He pushed their inquisitive faces away before saying, "And the last one was a dual-power user…"
"Didn't you say that Caelian boy was a dual power user?" Juin asked.
Tucker nodded. "If what you said was true, then the rumors that he's a dual-power user might be true as well…"
Cyrus sat back on his chair and muttered out loud, "But what's his second power? The ability to turn into an a.d.u.l.t man?"
"It's a good thing that he's not your first opponent," Tucker said to Juin. "And it's your luck that you get to watch his first-ever formal battle."
"Watch? Did I really?" Juin sighed and shook his head. "At least that guy saw it…"
"Speaking about that…" Tucker looked at Juin with an approving gaze as he said, "I'm surprised that your demon could see it when you couldn't…"
He then set a ward around them before saying, "It's safe to talk now, by the way…"
Juin hesitated for a while before saying, "He couldn't do it previously… But now…"
"He has been with you for quite some time, right?" Tucker asked even though he knew.
Juin nodded.
"And you signed some contract with him?"
Juin nodded again.
"In that case, there are a few possibilities. One, he has been absorbing your soul power, thus gaining strength, giving his soul some extra abilities. I heard of this event before. Two, you took something that basically gave the little demon some strength to exist without you."
"Wait… Exist without me? And what's this about absorbing my soul power?"
Tucker explained, "The Chinese have this saying, 'the ghost and the humans cannot exist together' because the ghost will suck the living aura out of the humans they are haunting... Let's just say that there's a reasoning behind this, though technically, your little demon boy is not a ghost."
"Am I… going to be safe?" Juin asked in a slightly worried tone.
"It's hard for me to say since I didn't do any research on demon possession. After all, I have never expected to have a student, much less one that's currently being possessed. But I heard that some people actually died from being possessed… But of course, if you are growing at a pace similar to the demon soul within you, you'd be fine."
"Huh…?" Juin raised an eyebrow from confusion.
"Imagine a container," Tucker said, moving his hands in the shape of an hourglass, "cause that's what you are right now. If you constantly pumped water and exerted pressure into this container… The water would flow out at first, but if the pressure is huge enough, what do you think will happen?"
"At best, the container… might expand… up to a limit. Then…" Juin's eyes widened. "It will explode…"
Tucker nodded solemnly. He then reached over to pat Juin on the back as he said, "But don't worry about it. You are someone who's trying to get stronger, so you should be fine…"
"Because if I get stronger, I'll be able to better contain him within my body?" Juin asked uncertainly.
