But one of these is to spy all the Kingdom and get the actual news by spying them up in the sky, satellite, after all, it's hard to detect, no need to use the human resource to prevent dangerous missions and scout different islands for new discoveries.
They can also use it as an advantage if ever Sorami or the Guild become the biggest enemy of the World Government but that this is in the future, but preparing in advance is pretty good than waiting for that day to come.
Even though Lisanna heard bad news from them, she did not show any sadness at all, because she knows that her sister saw her dying and they will only think that she died on that day.
