Just when Su Yin had lost all hope and ceased running, Adrian turned around giving her a pleasant surprise. She felt her heart go badump-badump while he peered at her with his icy gaze.
Instantly a wide smile bloomed on Su Yin's face, bright and radiant.
'Ah~ He's waiting for me?'
Immensely happy, Su Yin was unaware of the fact that her so-called angelic smile looked quite eerie and bone-chilling with the dog's blood still splattered across her face and clothes. Causing many iron-hearted guards to refrain from stopping her as she followed their boss like a mad woman.
After catching her breath Su Yin reached Adrian's side, still smiling. She stood inches apart from the cold ice-block of a man who had his narrowed gaze fixed on her, sizing her up.
Sighing in his heart that was already filled with fury Adrian felt slightly helpless. He was really busy with a million things to handle, especially after this backhanded trick of drugging 'BOZO'.
That said, Adrian definitely didn't have time to deal with a naive love-sick fool like Su Yin, or so he thought.
"Let's date for 3 months!!"
Before the man could open his mouth and speak, Su Yin dropped her words akin to a nuke bomb.
The soundless explosion by Su Yin was too impactful for words.
Inexpressible, all the guards around Adrian, including the man himself were rendered speechless by Su Yin's audacity or rather her stupidity. She was definitely seeking death by confessing like this to their cold-hearted boss.
Extremely shocked, Adrian's mind went into a state of blankness, it was dark and numb to the core. His blue pupils dilated. No sound reached into Adrian's ears as he stared at the dumb woman in utter astonishment.

A strange, uncomfortable feeling rose in Adrian's chest. It was the first time for him to feel this flustered, especially in front of the opposite sex who'd never dare to meet his impassive gaze. The hands on his side were clenched tightly, his nails digging his own flesh until red.
Without another word Adrian turned around, his long legs trotting forward with no intentions of halting.
Discombobulated by the turn of events Adrian felt his heart in his throat, threatening to jump out of his mouth at any moment.
The guards exchanged glances with each other, snickering and commending Su Yin for her boldness. She had unintentionally become their idol in their hearts.

Few of them fearlessly went forward to grab Su Yin who was standing dazed. She was looking at Adrian's disappearing back with a hint of smile in her large doe eyes.
"Hey!! Hey.. Wait.. You, at least tell me your name!! Wait, let me talk to him dammit..!"
Su Yin struggled violently. Snapping out of her daze she screamed out of her lungs, her legs kicking the ground as she was dragged out of the castle gates forcefully.
Irritated by their mistreatment towards her, Su Yin packed a punch, striking her balled fist straight towards the bulky bodyguard's jaw. His eyes widened in disbelief, she was strong.
Standing across the gates, Su Yin glowered at the bodyguards that were holding her moments ago. Her lazer like sharp gaze boring a hole into their rigid faces, they dare not meet her eyes.
"Miss, I'm sorry.. Would you like to wash up and change?"
A young bodyguard ran up to them, a pink backpack in his hands that had a small cat keychain with 'Yinyin' written on it. His face flushed.
"Thank you!"
Snatching the backpack from the blushing young lad, Su Yin opened it to retrieve a pack of wet wipes. She wiped her face with it, then took off her white tshirt that was mottled with blood revealing a sultry pink sports bra. She threw everything dirty on the ground, a smug smile gracing her pink lips.
Pulling out a black hoodie from her backpack Su Yin tied it around her waist to cover the blotches of dried blood on her shorts. Loosening her ponytail, she tied it into a neat bun and turned around to leave, with no hesitation at all.
As though everything that happened previously, including the confession was just an Illusion. Su Yin's flawless actions left everyone present there goggle-eyed.
Even the inscrutable Adrian who was known to be an ice block was flummoxed, his lips twitched uncontrollably. He was watching everything, each and every interaction from the castle's window, far away.

With shopping bags in her hands, a sling bag across her body and lollipop in her mouth Su Yin looked adorable. She was dressed in a cute blush pink dress that reached her knees and squeaky white sneakers, her hair pulled back into a high ponytail.
Seeing Adrian's silhouette fade into the distance, Su Yin started calling out loudly to attract his attention.
"Hey!! My knight, Mr Blue-Eyes!!.. Wait!!"
