"How.. How can this be? I.. I must be dreaming.. Yes! It must be a dream", Su Yin tried convincing herself desperately.
Su Yin closed her eyes to collect her thoughts, the same scene repeating in her mind like a broken record.
She could still feel Adrian's strong hands enveloping her in his warmth, his worried eyes glancing nervously at her. The feeling was pure bliss yet her heart was aching.
Su Yin dare not think anything more of these kind actions. She is aware of her position in the cold man's heart and life.
'Adrian is a cold but kind man, his actions from yesterday must be out of kindness, since they once knew each other', Su Yin thought inwardly to calm her chaotic heart.

"I'm the nurse, I was with the doctor yesterday night who had come to check upon you", the nurse explained with a kind smile.
"Oh! I'm sorry", Su Yin apologized understanding the situation.
"It's okay, you were not in a state to remember. Your boyfriend was kind enough to take care of you whole night...", the statement shocked Su Yin making her interrupt the kind lady.
"Boy.. Boyfriend?", Su Yin stammered.
"Yes, the handsome man with blue eyes. He was with you the whole time. I had to remove you IV drip, and even helped you wipe yourself at morning, he was the one who let me in..", the nurse explained.
"Thank you", Su Yin couldn't register the nurse's words and only managed to thank her before leaving the hotel, baffled.
"Adrian, Why would you do this to me?", Su Yin whispered to herself.

Lucifer and Adrian were preparing for the conference at 2pm today. They had decided to join last minute and hence needed to pull some strings to get in.
They were both representing Lucifer's company, Chang Holdings. The name itself was enough to shut people down from speculating things.
