Sipping on her milkshake and munching on her strudel Su Yin was going through her social media, watching cat videos and memes, she was feeling refreshed.
Su Yin had a great time at the cafe today, she glanced at her watch and frowned slightly, it was already noon now.
Seeing that it was getting late and she was dressed like a homeless woman far away from Sera's mansion, Su Yin hurriedly left the cafe. She thanked Lillian, complimenting her cooking skills and promised to visit again.
Su Yin's mood was very lively, unlike a few hours ago, now she was feeling energized and hurriedly went back to the Lu mansion to bake cookies for Sera.
Sera and Lucifer stood at the glass wall gazing at the lake when Sera's stomach grumbled, turning the romantic atmosphere into a comical situation.
A red faced Sera touched her grumbling tummy, looked at Lucifer who was struggling hard to not laugh at her. With a pitiful expression Sera hit his chest lightly and mumbled,
"It's all your fault..", making Lucifer raise an eyebrow in confusion.
"And how's that?", he asked in amusement.
"I was too excited to see you, this is our second date and..", Sera dawdled in an almost whisper.
"So you didn't eat anything? Again..", Lucifer continued.
"Yes!.. Again??", Sera blurted, then asked in confusion.
"You didn't eat at the gala last time..", Lucifer enlightened her when Sera abruptly stopped him in embarrassment.
"Stop! I.. I know, I remember", Sera's soft voice tickling him, Lucifer held her hand and spoke in a low voice,
"Let's go eat something.. hmm?", Lucifer led her to the rooftop.
At the rooftop, Lucifer had arranged a table for two with a buffet of dishes. Sera looked at him puzzled while he just smiled at her nudging her to sit.
The pair were sitting cozily and enjoying their brunch. Lucifer didn't eat breakfast and Sera was too excited to eat anything, so Lucifer had already prepared an early lunch for them.
During their brunch, Lucifer and Sera talked about a lot of things. Sera told him about her family, how she studied abroad, her dreams, her aspiration, how she loves to paint and has been painting since she was 10 years old.
Lucifer was amazed listening to Sera's words, he was even proud of her. She wanted to be independent and own something that solely belongs to her, like her art gallery that'll only be her own sweat and blood.
"So.. Now you know everything about me", Sera smiled looking into his gray irises. She loved how they twinkled akin to rough diamonds.
"I guess..", Lucifer mumbled.
"Why don't you tell me about yourself..", Sera hesitated to complete her sentence.

"Sera, I know your concerns. I can tell you everything about me, but there are some things that I can't disclose. It's for your own safety, I hope you understand me", Lucifer's voice was low but firm, like his resolve.
"Hmm", Sera nodded expressionlessly, it pained Lucifer seeing her like this.
"My name is Lucifer, I'm the young master of Chang Holdings, I was adopted, Adrian is my assistant we have known each other since childhood, Adrian and Ethan are my bestfriends we have spent our childhood together and I'm also the king of underworld...", Lucifer started his monologue, the last few words were almost inaudible, he was scared that he'll frighten her and stopped speaking to gauge her reaction, he stared into her eyes wordlessly.
