All operations are handled by the logistics department. Near the entrance at the first level is a receptionist and contracted mercenaries are required to receive their mission from there.
"Good evening, Mr Arsto! Sorry for the short notice, this is an abrupt mission and we need every manpower possible. The details are within here." the receptionist passes a paper to me.
The paper is a sketch of a boy with shoulder-length hair. He seems harmless until the name "Bodev Isva" is read below the picture. He is the heir to the Night Owl, a notorious terrorist group that hides in the shadow and sabotages Rodgof.

"Don't let him escape. That is all." the receptionist says with a smile.
I return the smile and nod before leaving.
The paper also indicated the area I need to go to assemble with an ongoing operation team.
I walk out of the building with a small grin.

A small group of BOV officers gather in a circle around herds of bushes and trees. I step out into the open and approach them.
"Halt!" an officer says when he sees me.
I lift the BOV badge and he nods before gesturing for me to quickly join in.
"Is that everyone?" a man wearing spectacles with black hair and green eyes says.
"Alright, I am leader Kai, our main objective is to capture Bodev Isva alive and if we can't, we have to keep his bodyguards busy. Ahead of us are more groups with the same objective. The main forces have cornered Bodev and he needs to go through this path to escape, understand?"
"Yes!"
"Get ready."
Everyone spreads apart.

A piercing whistle echo through the night. The group before us encountered Bodev and blew the whistle.
Tranquillity follows.
The breeze blows the rustling leaves and bushes. An officer in front gulps anxiously.
A smile slides on my face and I grip my dagger from my coat.
Instantly, I grab the officer's face from behind and cover his mouth before twisting his head, killing him.
I gently put the body to the floor and conceal my existence with mana. Slipping through the darkness with minimal sound, I catch another officer from behind, covering his mouth and strangling him.
His eyes roll back and he foams at his mouth. Until Bodev arrives, I continue killing unsuspecting officers.
Rapid footsteps approach from afar. A young boy with black eyes and hair drenched in blood runs through the forest with a group of masked warriors.
Kai grips his sword and bends his knee.
"Now!" Kai shouts.
"Again?!" Bodev's bodyguards quickly get into a stance around Bodev.
However, Kai is the only one that jumps out.
"H-Huh?"
Kai glances around in confusion. His vision suddenly flies into the air and sees his own headless body.
I jumped out of the bush and decapitated Kai.
The bewildered bodyguards stare at me with their guards still up.
"...Are you not with them?" One of them asks.
I pull out my badge. "I'm a traitor."

"If so, I will kill everyone and take him with me."
The bodyguards grit their teeth and brace themselves. Each one of them has an average of 100 stats, I may need to go all out.
"Wait!" Bodev shouts. He gets down on his knees. "I will take responsibility and reward you accordingly. Save my followers
and me, please."
"Young master?! No!" His bodyguards exclaim.
I put my hand out to Bodev. "Get up, I am not worthy of your kneel. I desire a long and healthy life for you."
Bodev stares at me with his brows up, he grabs my hand and I pull him up.
"I remember, you are that warrior that captured the demon spy," Bodev says.
His bodyguards freeze upon hearing that.
Bodev Isva is someone that dies to the BOV officers. His death created a chain of events that aided Rena in overthrowing the corrupted prince and government.
Since the timeline is already fucked, I might as well take this opportunity.
